Ford Focus Sport+ Header and Exhaust Customisation

The is yet another quality exhaust customization done by SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop for the Ford Focus (3rd generation, 2010 - present) Sport+ 2.0L.


The Ford Duratec 2.0L Ti-VCT 4-cylinder inline engine, capable of producing 170PS and 202Nm as claimed by the manufacturer.

 The factory stock header with catalytic converter....

... is removed from the aluminum Duratec engine block! (below)

SuperCircuit stainless steel custom made header for Ford Focus Sport+ is installed. Note the heat shield brackets on the SuperCircuit header, it means it is compatible with the original heat shield. The heat shield can be installed back to the header for better visual appearance as well as engine bay cooling purposes.

The middle section is set up with double resonators.

The exhaust system is done with CNC mandrel bent graded 304 stainless steel piping, TIG-Argon welded with a less joint as possible, to avoid exhaust flow interference due to welding imperfection. So the rear muffler system is done with a single piece of stainless steel piping bent to shape using our in-house CNC mandrel piping bending machine.
