The factory stock catalytic converter has normally 400-500 cell per inch, the 'sport cat' or 'high flow cat' is 200 cell per inch. The high flow cat has lesser exhaust flow restriction and doesn't cause CEL due to P0420 fault code [Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)]. (SEE BELOW)
