BMW F32 435i Downpipe

We have installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe to the BMW F32 435i shown below.




In the below picture shown the N55 single turbo charged engine of the BMW F32 435i.


Here at SuperCicuit Exhaust Pro Shop. we have the catless downpipe made to replace the factory stock downpipe which is with a big catalytic converter and is very restrictive (SEE BELOW).


The CNC machined stainless steel flanges ensure perfect fitment. This downpipe is designed for direct plug 'n play, just clamp onto the factory stock turbo outlet (SEE ABOVE PICTURE) of the BMW F32 435i. 



The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe made for the BMW F32 435i is designed to bolt-on straight (SEE PICTURE BELOW). It is fully made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flange which is also made with the same grade of material.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe has larger bore and it is catless, so it is a lot less restrictive compared to the factory stock one. This will not only causing the turbo to spool faster hence higher low-end torque and better horsepower output at the higher side, at the same time lesser turbo lag.

Honda Civic FB 1.8 Exhaust Headers/ Extractor

Subaru XV Headers

Yet another Subaru XV installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers for better engine performance and enhance the driving pleasure of this already nice to drive 2.0L flat-four boxer FB20 engine.



The below picture shows how it looks like after the factory stock headers is removed from the Subaru XV's FB20 engine....


And after the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers is installed.



Comparing the SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers (BELOW LEFT) and the factory stock one from Subaru XV (BELOW RIGHT). The catless SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers is made with larger bore grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for perfect fitment and optimum exhaust flow efficiency.


Most importantly, the SUPERCIRCUIT headers is with dyno proven performance. So you can install it with confidence.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is made to straight bolt-on to the FB20 engine and is 100% compatible with the rest of the Subaru XV catback exhaust system (SEE BELOW PICTURES).



Since the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is made catless, we have built-in an O2 sensor defouler  (SEE BELOW PICTURE) to the post catalytic sensor. No CEL issue here.

Honda Civic FC 1.5T Downpipe

This is the SUPERCIRCUIT Turbo Downpipe made for the 10th generation Honda Civic FC 1.5 Turbo.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for perfect fitting and optimum performance (See Dyno Graph on the SUPERCIRCUIT Facebook's photo album here).




The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe made for the 10th generation Honda Civic FC 1.5 Turbo is designed to bolt-on straight. It is fully compatible with the factory stock turbo outlet (SEE BELOW PICTURES) of the L15B7 turbo charged 1.5L in-line 4-cylinder engine and the rest of the catback exhaust system.

This catless downpipe removes the restriction of the catalytic converter, hence higher exhaust flow velocity that makes the turbo to spool faster for better engine output and lesser turbo lag.

Suzuki Swift Sport (ZC32S) Headers

The SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers/ Extractor developed for the Suzuki Swift Sport (ZC32S) 1.6L with larger bore 4-2-1 piping formation to promote better exhaust flow, smoother engine output and higher torque.



The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 tuned-length, larger bore exhaust headers made of grade 304 stainless steel vs. the Suzuki Swift Sport (ZC32S) headers (PICTURES BELOW).


The longer primary and secondary pipes helps to promote better exhaust flow efficiency but maintaining sufficient amount of back pressure, hence the overall horsepower and torque is improved on the Suzuki Swift Sport's M16A in-line 4 cylinder engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 tuned-length exhaust headers/ extractor developed for the 3rd generation Suzuki Swift Sport is fully made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges, also made with 304 stainless steel, by our master craftsmen here at SUPERCIRCUIT EXHAUST PRO SHOP's production.

Proton Inspira 1.8 Extractor/ Headers

A good and carefully designed exhaust headers/ extractor will significantly improve the horsepower and torque of the engine.

The below SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Extractor is specially developed for the Proton Inspira 1.8/ Mitsubishi Lancer 1.8 with the 4B10 engine.



This is the Proton Inspira's 1.8L in-line 4-cylinder engine. The similar engine (code name 4B10) is also on the Mitsubishi CJ Lancer (2007-2017).


This is how the exhaust outlets looks like after the factory stock headers were removed from the 4B10 engine (SEE BELOW). 


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 extractor/ exhaust headers are made with larger bore grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for long lasting performance and durability.


This exhaust headers/ extractor is designed to bolt-on straight and is 100% compatible with the factory stock Proton Inspira 1.8 catback exhaust system. No cut or weld is necessary during the installation.

Another advantage of this headers is, it also comes with the brackets for the heat shield. The factory stock heat shield can be installed back in position for a neater look and better protection against the heat at the engine bay.

Proton SAGA BLM Extractor

The SUPERCIRCUIT tuned-length extractor featured in this article is specially developed for the Proton CamPro engine with numerous R&D and inputs from the race teams, dyno runs as well as on road tests. It is proven to significantly improve the horsepower and torque for both the 1.3 and 1.6 CamPro S4PH engines.

Here is the Proton SAGA BLM that we have installed with the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 tuned-length extractor.


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 tuned-length extractor has a specific length and size for the primary pipes and secondary pipes for optimum exhaust flow and back pressure, hence smoother engine output and horsepower for your Proton CamPro engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT extractor is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/ARgon welded on CNC machined flange made of the same grade of stainless steel for long lasting performance and durability.


In order to optimize the performance, the SUPERCIRCUIT extractor is designed with long primary and secondary pipes, this also causing this extractor not able to bolt-on straight. Professional installation for cutting and welding is required on the existing catback exhaust system is required.



Please note that the O2 sensor will be relocated on all the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 tuned-length extractor made for the Proton CamPro engine, that's why you don't see the O2 sensor at the location you normally saw in the pictures below.

The relocation of the O2 sensor to the collector where all the exhaust flows meet is to ensure the sensor reading is accurate for all the engine cylinders, for optimum performance of course!
