The factory fitted exhaust headers/ extractor is removed from the 1.4L on this Kia Rio (UB). Note the original metal gasket is still in place, to be reused during the installation of the custom made 4-2-1 Headers/ Extractor. 

The SUPERCIRCUIT custom made exhaust headers/ extractor is catless and has the 4-2-1 piping formation that we think it is best suit this engine for balanced horsepower output and torque curve towards the whole RPM range.

The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 custom made catless headers/ extractor is installed to the Kia Rio UB 1.4L engine. It is made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at our factory.

Then it comes the custom made catback exhaust system for this 3rd generation Kia Rio (UB). Similarly, it is also fabricated with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and TIG/Argon welded with matching centre resonator and s-flow rear muffler box for optimum exhaust flow and sporty exhaust note.

This is a one-off exhaust customization job made, the car has to be at our factory for such kind of exhaust custom mod.
