Subaru Forester (SJ) 2.0XT Turbo Downpipe & Catpipe

The latest addition to the large collections of turbo downpipe here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop is downpipe made for the 4th generation Subaru Forester (SJ) and you can purchase off the shelf and installed straight away at our installation bays.



This is the Subaru Forester (SJ) 2.0XT version with the FA20 turbo charged flat-four engine.


Below pictures shows the view of the undercarriage after the factory stock downpipe is removed.



The factory stock downpipe of the Subaru Forester (SJ) 2.0XT vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe. The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel turbo flange for direct bolt-on application.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe made for the Forester SJ 2.0XT is free flow and is a lot less restrictive compared to the factory stock one which is usually comes with a very high cell count catalytic converter. This allows the turbo to spool faster and hence higher horsepower and torque can be achieved.


To further get rid of the restriction at the secondary catalytic converter, we custom made a free flow catpipe for this Subaru Forester 2.0XT. This custom made catpipe is also fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at our factory.


Both the SUPERCIRCUIT ready made downpipe and custom made catpipe is designed for direct bolt-on, no weld or cut on the original exhaust system.

Subaru BRZ Headers & Over Pipe

We have just installed the equal-length SUPERCIRCUIT Headers & Over pipe kit to the Subaru BRZ. Here are the photos during the installation at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays:



This is how the Subaru BRZ's FA20 engine looks like after the factory stock headers are removed.



The Subaru BRZ stock original Headers and Over Pipe is laying side by side with the equal-length SUPERCIRCUIT catless Headers & Over pipe.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Subaru BRZ Headers + Over Pipe Kit is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop for direct bolt-on application.


The SUPERCIRCUIT headers + over pipe kit made for the Subaru BRZ is designed for direct bolt-on application, no modification is required during the installation, for better and non-restrictive exhaust flow. Since it is catless, the O2 sensor deflouler/ mini cat might be required to avoid the CEL issue in some countries.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers + Over Pipe kit is installed to the Subaru BRZ's FA20 engine as shown in the pictures below.



The kit is also fully compatible with the factory stock catback exhaust system as show below.

Perodua Myvi 1.5 AT Extractor & Catback Exhaust System

We are specialized in exhaust headers/ extractors and turbo downpipes here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, that's why you can find large collections of exhaust headers and downpipes in our showroom for direct bolt-on applications.

Besides that, the cat-back exhaust system can also be custom done here, just like the Perodua Myvi 1.5 AT featured here:



The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 Extractor is specifically designed for direct bolt-on to the Perodua Myvi 1.5 Auto Transmission for better torque and horsepower. This 4-1 setup does not suit the Manual Transmission Myvi, the MT version should use the 4-2-1 extractor setup.


The 1.5L 3SZ-VE of the Perodua Myvi with the SUPERCIRCUIT extractor installed (BELOW PICTURES). The 4-1 extractor is specially developed for the Perodua Myvi 1.5 AT and is designed for direct bolt-on application.



For the rest of the exhaust system, it has to be custom hand made by our master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


The complete exhaust system for the Perodua Myvi 1.5 above is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded with top notched craftsmanship, for optimum and long lasting performance.

Honda Civic FC 1.5T Downpipe

Here at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop, we not only have the largest collection of downpipes and exhaust headers in the country, we also strive our very best to provide you the optimum performance and quality products that are R&D, manufactured and installed at our installation bays.

So we keep moving forward and this is the Ver. 2.0 SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe made for the Honda Civic FC 1.5T which is now compatible with the factory original heat shield.



On the 10th generation Honda Civic FC is the L15B7 turbo charged 1.5L in-line 4-cylinder engine as shown in the picture below with the factory stock downpipe removed.

Comparing the Honda Civic FC 1.5T downpipe which has a huge catalytic converter, the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made with larger bore grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for perfect fitting and optimum exhaust flow (See Dyno Graph on the SUPERCIRCUIT Facebook's photo album here).



The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is installed to the Honda Civic FC 1.5T (SEE BELOW PICTURES). This catless downpipe removes the restriction of the catalytic converter, allowing higher exhaust flow and cause the turbo to spool faster hence better engine output and lesser turbo lag.


The latest version of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is compatible with the stock original heat shield, so it can be installed back in position for a neater and better heat management at the engine bay.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is designed to bolt-on straight. It is fully compatible with the original O2 sensors and direct fit to the original catback exhaust system as shown in the pictures below.

Honda Civic FD 1.8 Exhaust Headers

SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop has probably the largest collections of exhaust headers in the country, especially for the Honda models. Here is the Honda Civic FD 1.8 that we have installed the SUPERCIRCUIT headers here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bay:



The picture below shows how the exhaust outlet looks like on the Honda Civic FD 1.8L (R18A) engine, after the factory stock header is removed.


The SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers/ extractor VS. the Honda Civic FD 1.8 stock original headers which as a big catalytic converter (SEE BELOW PICTURES).  



The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda Civic FD 1.8 Extractor/ Header is designed to bolt-on straight and compatible with all the original components e.g original gaskets, EGR pipes and O2 sensors all will be plugged back in place, no further modification is required during the installation.


The SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers/ extractor for the Honda Civic 1.8 headers/ extractors is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TiG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for perfect fitment and optimized exhaust flow efficiency.




At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers, it is connected to the factory stock exhaust system via the CNC machined stainless steel flange and tightened by the original spring bolts, no modification is required during the installation, just plug n' play.


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless Headers/ Extractors made for the Honda Civic FD 1.8 promotes better exhaust flow and is a lot less restriction compared to the factory stock catalytic converter, hence better acceleration and top-end power. It is a must have item for those who would like to improve the performance of their Honda Civic FD 1.8!

Honda Jazz/ Fit GK5 Exhaust Headers

There are ways to allow the exhaust to flow smoothly and to gain more horsepower on the 3rd generation Honda Jazz/ Fit GK5 e.g. to delete the secondary catalytic converter on the cat pipe. (More info about the SUPERCIRCUIT 'cat delete pipe' made for the Honda Jazz/Fit GK5 is available HERE).

Or to replace the primary catalytic converter with the SUPERCIRCUIT catless headers as shown in the post below:



This is how the exhaust outlet of the Honda Jazz/ Fit GK5 1.5L engine looks like (SEE BELOW PICTURE) after the factory stock header is removed.


The SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers vs. the Honda Jazz/ Fit GK5 stock headers with a huge catalytic converter. The factory stock catalytic converter is making the exhaust flow to go through slowly in order to do its job, but it is very restrictive.


The SUPRCIRCUIT free flow catless headers is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is then putting together with fully TIG/Argon welding on CNC machined flanges which are also made of the same grade of material.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda Jazz/ Fit GK5 Exhaust Headers/ Extractor is fully compatible with the factory stock secondary cat pipe and the rest of the stock exhaust system. Just bolt-on straight, no cut or weld is required during the installation.
