In the picture below is the BMW F10 M5 4.4L V8 (code S63) engine. The S63 is BMW's Motorsport division version of the N63 with two twin-scroll turbos for an impressive 553bhp and 680Nm of torque at peak as claimed by the manufacturer.
To access to the downpipes, first remove the engine cover and the heat shield under it (SEE BELOW PICTURES).
