The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Exhaust Header is fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application to the 1st gen. Subaru XV/ Crosstrek.

The unequal length header, as the name describes, has the two primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine, traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from another side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic Subaru rumble!

Toyota 86 Cat Pipe

One of the ways to improve the exhaust flow efficiency and gain more performance is to replace or remove the factory stock catalytic converters on the Toyota 86. Originally, there are two catalytic converters, one on the exhaust header and the other one is on the 'cat pipe' shown in this article.

The factory stock original cat pipe of the Toyota 86 is designed in a way that one can remove it easily, for track or race purpose, by simply unscrew four bolts and replace it with a catless one.

The SUPERCIRCIT Cat Pipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges, designed for direct swap.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Cat Pipe is designed for direct bolt-on application, no weld or cut is required during the installation process. The Toyota 86 factory stock cat pipe can be swapped back in position anytime and back to original.

Toyota Hilux REVO 2.8D Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT has the downpipe developed for the Toyota Hilux REVO 2.8D (1GD-FTV), to improve exhaust flow efficiency, promote better turbo spooling and better low-end torque and horsepower.

The original downpipe is at the left side of the Toyota Hilux REVO 1GD-FTV 2.8D engine as indicated in the picture below.

The factory stock original downpipe can be removed from the Toyota Hilux REVO 2.8D engine fairly easily as it is connected to the turbo outlet with an exhaust clamp and two bolts to the rest of the cat-back exhaust system as shown in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges, which promotes better exhaust flow and faster turbo spooling, hence better low-end torque and lesser turbo lag.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application. At the front, it is connected to the turbo outlet via the original exhaust clamp, and at the rear it is bolted onto the Toyota Hilux REVO 2.8D factory stock original cat-back exhaust system with the original spring bolts.

At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is secured to the rest of the Toyota Hilux REVO 2.8D's cat-back exhaust system via two spring bolts as shown in the picture below. Just straight bolt-on, no cut or weld is required during the installation.
