Here is the VW Golf 6 (Mk6) with a full set of SUPERCIRCUIT custom made exhaust system from downpipe all the way to the exhaust tips.
This custom made exhaust system is fabricated in full grade 302 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded. It has 3.0" pipes all the way from the downpipe to the Y-section where it is split into two 2.5" pipes.
The 3.0" catless downpipe frees up the restriction vs. the VW Golf 6 R factory stock original downpipe which has 2 catalytic converters and a resonator.
To further free up the restriction, even the rear muffler is deleted and instead a larger mid-resonator is used to maintain back pressure and to minimize exhaust drone.
The CNC machined stainless steel flange of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is fully compatible and direlt bolted onto the VW Golf 6 R turbo outlet straight as shown in the picture below, no mod is required.
This custom made exhaust system replaces the factory stock original one and it is a direct swap. No cut or weld is required during the installation. The original VW Golf 6 R exhaust system can be swapped back in place whenever required.
This is an one-off exhaust customization job made according to the customer's requirements in exhaust sound level, size of exhaust tips etc. The car has to be at our factory for such kind of exhaust custom mod.
