After the Toyota 86 exhaust customization earlier this month, the below Subaru BRZ visited SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop for exhaust customization too!

The Subaru BRZ custom made cat-back exhaust system is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

This custom made cat-back exhaust system replaces the factory stock original one and it is a direct swap. No cut or weld is required during the installation. The original Subaru BRZ exhaust system can be swapped back in place whenever required.

The advantage of the custom made cat-back exhaust system is that one has the choice from various type of setups that best suit to the taste.

Just like the owner of the Subaru BRZ in this article, who opted for dual s-flow rear mufflers with mid resonator deleted. The exhaust sound is simply bassy and sporty!!

Mercedes-AMG GLC43 Valvetronic Axle-back Custom

We have just customized a set of axle-back exhaust system with valvetronic to the Mercedes-AMG GLC43 here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.

This stainless steel exhaust is hand fabricated by the master craftsmen here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop with full TIG/Argon welding.

The exhaust valve is incorporated into the rear muffler system to allow dual exhaust sound selection via the remote control at the cabin.

The Mercedes-AMG GLC43 alxe-back exhaust system is fabricated with 3.0" grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes at the front, to match the factory stock original mid section, then welded with TIG/Argon welding by the master craftmen here at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.

The dual muffler with valvetronic allows two level of exhaust note selections via the remote control at the finger tips of the driver.

For exhaust customization, the car has to be at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop for at least one whole day to few days (depending on how extensive of the customization job is).

Nissan Almera 1.5 (N17) Extractor/ Headers

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust extractor/headers to yet another Nissan Almera 1.5 (N17) shown below at our installation bays today. The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-1 Exhaust Headers/ Exhaust Extractor is designed to improve the exhaust flow efficiency for better engine performance and output!

The Nissan Almera 1.5 (N17) factory stock original extractor vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT extractor in 4-1 formation and is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel (shown on the right in the below picture).

The flanges of the SUPERCIRCUIT Nissan Almera 1.5 (N17) extractor is CNC machined from grade 304 stainless steel material, then fully TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro shop for direct bolt-on application and long lasting performance.

In the below pictures, the SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers is installed to the Nissan Almera (N17) 1.5's engine. This headers is designed for direct bolt-on appliation, no cut or weld is required during the installation process.

The top flange is bolted onto the Nissan Almera N17's 1.5L engine (as shown in the above picture) and at the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Nissan Almera 1.5 (N17) exhaust headers, the CNC machined stainless steel flange is fully compatible with the rest of the factory stock original exhaust system, so it is just bolted onto the original exhaust system (see picture below), no further modification needed during the whole installation process.

Subaru XV1 UEL Headers

The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL (un-equal length) Headers is specially designed and manufactured for clearer and more significant 'boxer rumbling engine sound' on the 1st generation Subaru XV (a.k.a XV1).

The SUPERCIRCUIT unequal length headers a.k.a. UEL Headers is designed with the two primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine, traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from another side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic 'Subaru boxer rumble'!

The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers made for the 1st generation Subaru XV is installed to the FB20B boxer engine. Just a direct swap with the factory stock header, no further mod is required during the installation.

The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Exhaust Header is fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application to the 1st gen. Subaru XV a.k.a. XV1.

Subaru XV EL Headers

We have supplied and installed yet another SUPERCIRCUIT EL (equal-length) Headers to the 1st gen. Subaru XV (a.k.a. XV1) here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

In the below picture, the exhaust outlet ports of the Subaru XV1 after the factory stock original headers are removed from the FB20B engine.

The SUPERCIRCUIT EL Exhaust Header is fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application to the Subaru XV1.

The equal-length SUPERCIRCUIT Headers made for the Subaru XV1 is installed to the FB20B boxer engine as shown in the pictures below.

 
This EL exhaust headers are designed for direct bolt-on application.  Just a direct swap with the Subaru XV1's factory stock header, no further mod is required during the installation.
