Toyota 86 Headers & Cat Pipe

We are so glad and thankful that another Toyota 86 paid us a visit to the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays.

This round, we have supplied and installed the equal-length (EL) SUPERCIRCUIT Headers + Cat Pipe to it for better exhaust flow efficiency and to bring out the potential of the boxer engine!

On the right of the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT headers + cat pipe vs. the factory stock headers and cat pipe.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Toyota 86 Headers & Cat Pipe Kit is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for long lasting durability and performance!

Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers and Cat Pipe are catless, so they are a lot less restrictive and hence better torque and powerband over the Toyota 86's factory stock ones.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers comes with the 'over-pipe' as a set, for direct bolt-on application. No further modification is required during the installation.

Just in case you don't know, at the front is the SUPERCIRCUIT EL Headers, then the 'over-pipe' which goes over the front axle and then bolted onto the following SUPERCIRCUIT Cat- pipe.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Cat-pipe is installed to the Toyota 86 and replaces the factory one which has a catalytic converter.

There are many names for this section of the exhaust system, a Cat Pipe/ Cat Delete Pipe/ B-pipe/ Front Pipe or Race Pipe, but with one purpose, to remove the catalytic converter for better exhaust flow efficiency and get rid of the restriction for smoother power band and engine performance!
