Ford Mustang GT 5.0 V8 Full Valvetronic Exhaust Customization

We have just finished install this set of valvetronic exhaust system with 'X-pipe' to the Ford Mustang 5.0 V8 as shown in the pictures below. It is custom made from headers all the way to the rear mufflers are fully hand assembled and TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.


Pictured below, the SUPERCIRCUIT stainless steel exhaust headers vs. the Ford Mustang V8 5.0L factory stock original headers. The SUPERCIRCUIT catless & tuned-length headers are made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application.


The custom made stainless steel cat-back exhaust system with valvetronic is fully TIG/Argon hand welded, to replace the original exhaust of the Ford Mustang GT 5.0 V8 (left in the picture).

The tuned-length primary pipes of the SUPERCIRCUIT headers allow the exhaust gas to flow smoother and efficiently from the exhaust outlets of the Mustang's V8 5.0 engine, hence better horsepower & torque can be achieved!

In the below picture, the SUPERCIRCUIT tuned-length headers is then mounted to the custom made cat-back exhaust sytem via the original exhaust clamps.

Note the X-shaped pipe formation (X-pipe/ Crossed-pipe) allows better exhaust gas scavenging, noise cancellation and better balance between cylinder banks. The result is a significant increase in power and torque but a reduction in in-cabin noise.

Toyota Vios (NCP151) 2NR-FE Exhaust Headers/ Extractor

The 3rd gen. Toyota Vios (NCP151) below is at our installation bays for the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers/ Extractor performance upgrades.

This exhaust header is possibly the best performance exhaust headers made for the Toyota Vios NCP151's 2NR-FE Dual VVT-i engine!


Pictured below, the 2NR-FE Dual VVT-i engine with the factory stock original exhaust headers removed.


This is how the exhaust outlet ports of the 2NR-FE Dual VVT-i engine looks like after the factory stock header is removed.


Pictured below, the factory stock original exhaust headers from the 2NR-FE of the Toyota Vios NCP151 vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT high performance headers/ extractor fully made of stainless steel.


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 exhaust headers is designed for direct bolt-on application. It is just a straight swap, no cut or weld is required during the installation process.

The tuned-length 4-2-1 formation of the SUPERCIRCUIT headers is carefully engineered and designed to create more low-end torque and higher horsepower over the factory stock original!

Proton Iriz Exhaust Header/ Extractor

The SUPERCIRCUIT tuned-length 4-2-1 exhaust header is specially designed for the Proton's CAMPRO engine, to improve the low end torque as well as high end performance.


The SUPERCIRCUIT tuned-length 4-2-1 exhaust header is specially designed for the Proton's CAMPRO engine, by stretching the four primary pipes and matched with a pair of long secondary pipes to improve the low end torque as well as high end performance.

It is a big improvement over the factory stock Proton Iriz CAMPRO extractor (right in the picture below).

The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 is installed to the CAMPRO 1.6 engine on the Proton Iriz in the picture below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT tuned-length exhaust header is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flange for direct bolt-on to the Proton Iriz's CAMPRO engine as shown in the picture below.


The extra length primary pipes matched with a pair of stretched secondary pipes are designed to improve the low end torque as well as high end performance!


Due to the extra pipes length, the bottom part of the factory stock exhaust has to be cut and welded with a flex pipe to fit. Note the O2 sensor bung is also relocated to the collector section of the extractor, for better Air-fuel reading. All done professionally by SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

Toyota 86 UEL Headers

We have supplied and installed yet another Toyota 86 with the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL (unequal length) Headers here at our installation bays!


First, remove the factory stock headers from the Toyota 86's 4U-GSE/ FA20 flat-four engine, and the below picture shows how it looks like after the factory stock original headers are removed.


Pictured below, the Toyota 86 factory stock original headers vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL headers + Over Pipe (S-pipe) Kit.


The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers (wrapped in thermal wrappings) is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for long lasting performance and durability.


The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers + Over Pipe Kit is installed to the 4U-GSE/FA20 shown in the picutre above. It is designed with two primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine, traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from another side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic Subaru rumble!

The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers + Over Pipe Kit is designed for direct bolt-on application and is fully compatible with the rest of the Toyota 86's cat-back exhaust system as shown in the pictures below.

BMW F30 330i (B48) Downpipe

We have supplied and installed yet another SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe to the BMW F30 330i (B48 engine) here at our installation bays.


Pictured below, the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe vs. the factory stock original BMW F30 330i (B48) downpipe. The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is fully made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is designed for straight bolt-on application.


This is how the turbo outlet of the BMW F30's B40B20 engine looks like after the factory stock original downpipe is removed.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is installed to the BMW F30 330i (B48)'s turbo outlet. The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is fully made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and CNC machined stainless steel flange for straight clamp-on to the turbo outlet of the BMW F30 330i B48 engine.


At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe, it is connected to the factory stock cat-back exhaust via the original exhaust clamp as shown in the picture here. No mod or cut is required during the installation.

Audi S5 (B9) V6 3.0 TFSI Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe featured below is developed for the Audi S5 (B9) V6 3.0 TFSI to acheive better and unrestricted exhaust flow. Ideal for your tuning and track purposes.


The factory stock downpipe can be access from the top and this is how it looks like after the downpipe is removed from the Audi S5 (B9) V6 3.0 TFSI engine.

The below pictures showed how the turbo outlet of the Audi S5 (B9) 3.0L V6 twin-scrolled turbocharged engine looks like after the factory stock turbo downpipe is removed.




This is how the turbo outlet looks like after the factory stock downpipe is removed from the Audi S5 (B9) V6 3.0 TFSI engine.


The factory stock original downpipe of the Audi S5 (B9) V6 3.0 TFSI vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe.


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is fully made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is installed onto the Audi S5 (B9) V6 3.0 TFSI's engine as shown in the below picture, no further modification is required during the installation.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is developed for direct swap with the factory stock original downpipe for better and unrestricted exhaust flow.

At the front, it is clamped onto the Audi S5 (B9) V6 3.0 TFSI's turbo outlet with the original exhaust clamp.


At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is bolted onto the factory stock cat-back exhaust system with 3 bolts each side. No mod, no cut or weld is required during the installation process.
