Honda Civic 1.5T Full Exhaust System

We have installed the below Honda Civic FC 1.5 VTEC TURBO with a full set of exhaust system which consists of the direct bolt-on catless Downpipe, Front Pipe and a set of custom made cat-back exhaust system for optimum exhaust performance and a sporty exhaust note!


In the picture below, the direct bolt-on SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe and Front Pipe (bottom) is designed to replace the factory stock original ones (top).


Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe and Front Pipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application as shown in the pictures below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is bolted onto the turbo outlet of the Honda Civic FC straight. The stock original heatshield then can be installed back in position for a neat and original engine bay.

When the exhaust downpipe and front pipe above frees up the restriction and create more horsepower, the downstream (cat-back exhaust) has to be upgraded so the exhaust gas can flow freely. So we hand crafted the below cat-back exhaust system for the Honda Civic FC 1.5T.


The SUPERCIRCUIT custom made cat-back exhaust system is installed to the Honda Civic FC 1.5T as shown in the picture below. This cat-back exhaust system fully replaces the original exhaust system, no cut or weld is required during the installation.

This cat-back exhaust system is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded hand welded by the master craftsmen here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop for optimum durability and exhaust flow efficiency, matched with the two s-flow mufflers for bassy and sporty exhaust note.

The above SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe & Front Pipe are available off-the-shelves. Where the cat-back exhaust system on the Honda Civic FC 1.5T above is custom fabricated on the spot according to the customer's preference and requirement. Honda Civic FN2 Type-R Headers

This is the European version of the Honda Civic Type-R (aka FN2R; 2007-2012) with the K20Z4 engine, and we have the headers specially made for this engine here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


The stainless steel SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length 4-2-1 Headers (at the bottom of the picture below) vs. the Honda Civic FN2R factory stock original headers which comes with a huge catalytic converter.



The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Headers is specially designed for the Honda Civic FN2R with long primary and secondary pipes which are made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges, for better and smoother exhaust flow hence higher engine output can be achieved.



The SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length exhaust headers is installed to the Honda Civic FN2R's K20Z4 engine.

Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S) Exhaust Headers

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 tuned length headers to yet another 2nd generation Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S) shown below, to improve the exhaust flow efficiency hence better engine performance and output!


Pictured below, the 1.5L engine (code name M15A) of the 2nd generation Suzuki Swift (ZC21S) with the original exhaust headers removed.


This is how the exhaust ports look like after the factory stock original headers are removed from the M15A engine. Note: the original metal gasket shown in will be reused during the installation of SUPERCIRCUIT Headers.


The Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S) factory stock original headers (with catalytic converter) vs. the catless SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 tuned length headers made of full 304 mandrel bent stainless steel (shown on the right in the below picture).


The length and size of the primary and secondary pipes are carefully calibrated for optimum exhaust flow efficiency and yet maintaining back pressure for a balanced low-end torque and high-end horsepower.


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 tuned-length exhaust headers are bolted onto to the Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S)'s engine block. No cut or weld is required during the installation process.

BMW F30 320i (N20) Downpipe

Here is yet another BMW F30 320i at our installation bays for the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe upgrades.


The factory stock original downpipe of the BMW F30 can be removed from the undercarriage fairly easily as indicated in the picture below.


This is how the turbo outlet of the N20B20 engine looks like after the factory stock downpipe is removed.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe VS. the BMW F30 320i factory stock original downpipe which has a huge catalytic converter.

Moreover, the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flange for long lasting performance and durability.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for a direct swap with the original downpipe. The CNC machined stainless steel flange is clamped onto the turbo outlet of the N20B20 engine with the original exhaust clamp as shown in the picture below.


The bottom end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is secured with a slip-joint clamp to the factory original cat-back exhaust system as shown in the pictures below. No further modification is required during the whole installation process.



The above SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipes are designed for better exhaust flow efficiency, hence faster turbo spooling, lesser turbo lag, ideal for ecu remapping or tuning of the N20B20 engine!

BMW F82 M4 (S55) Downpipe

We have supplied and installed yet another BMW F82 M4 (S55) with the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipes here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipes are designed for the S55 engine, which is the high performance version of the N55 engine. It was introduced in the F80 M3 and F82 M4, replacing the BMW S65 naturally aspirated V8 engine used in the previous generation M3.


In the below picture, the undercarriage of the BMW F82 M4's affter the factory stock original downpipes are removed.


The free flow SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipes VS. the BMW F82 M4 factory stock original downpipes which come with a huge catalytic converter each.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipes are made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for direct bolt-on application.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipes are clamped onto the turbo outlets of the BMW F82 M4 S55 engine at the front (picture below) and bolted onto the rest of the original cat-back exhaust system at the rear. Just a direct swap, no mod is required during the installation.
