Mazda2 Hatchback (DJ) Sport Exhaust Header

The 3rd generation Mazda2 (DJ) Hatchback is at our installation bays for the SUPERCIRCUIT sport exhaust header upgrade.

We have developed a sport exhaust header for the Mazda2 (DJ) to bring out the potential performance of the 1.5L Skyactiv engine!

The factory stock original header of the Mazda2 (DJ) Hatchback is at the back of the 1.5L Skyactiv engine, near the fire wall as indicated in the picture below.

The below pictures shown how the exhaust ports look like on the Mazda2 (DJ) 1.5L Skyactiv engine after the factory stock original header is removed.

Comparing with the factory stock original Mazda2 (DJ) Skyactiv header (left in the picture below), the SUPECIRCUIT sport header has larger pipes which are made fully in grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and TIG/Argon welded for better and smoother exhaust flow, hence better engine output can be achieved.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Sport Header is designed for direct bolt-on application onto the Mazda2 (DJ)'s Skyactiv engine, no mod or weld is required during the installation process.

At the front the SUPERCIRCUIT Sport Header is bolted onto the engine's exhaust ports shown above, and at the other end of the header it is connected to the original Mazda2 (DJ) cat-back exhaust system straight shown below. Just straight bolt-on, no weld or cut is required.
