SUBARU XV2 'SUPER' UEL

The SUPERCIRCUIT 'SUPER' UEL header made for the 2nd gen. Subaru XV (aka XV2) / Crosstrek (GT) has extra length primary pipes specially created for better low-end torque and superb 'boxer' rumble!


In the picture below, the factory stock exhaust header is removed from the Subaru VX2's FB20D engine.


Different from the 1st generation Subaru XV (aka XV1) which has separated exhaust header and front pipe, the Subaru produced the exhaust header and front pipe in a single piece for the Subaru XV2 (see below picture), i.e. the primary catalytic converter and secondary catalytic converter is removed at the same time once the header is removed.

Shown in the pictures below, the SUPERCIRCUIT 'super' UEL Exhaust Header is installed to the 2nd generation Subaru XV (GT)'s FB20D boxer engine.

We called it a 'SUPER' UEL because of the super long primary pipes from each side of the boxer engine.

The primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine, traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from the other side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic Subaru rumble!


Fully made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and hand TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, this 'SUPER' UEL header is simply awesome!!

Subaru XV1 UEL Exhaust Header

We have supplied and installed yet another set of UEL Headers to the 1st gen. Subaru XV (a.k.a. Subaru XV1) shown below, for a clearer and unique Subaru boxer engine rumble, as well as higher torque and horsepower over the factory stock original.


In the picture below, the Subaru XV1 factory stock headers vs. SUPERCIRCUIT. The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Exhaust Header is fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application to the 1st gen. Subaru XV/ Crosstrek.


The SUPERCIRCUIT unequal length headers a.k.a. VW Arteon Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe featured below is designed and fabricated specially for the 2WD VW Arteon (code 3H7) 2.0TSI engine, for your ecu remapping and tuning needs!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is designed and fabricated specially for the 2WD VW Arteon (code 3H7) 2.0TSI engine. It is made with grade 304 mandrel bent 3.0" stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flange vs. the VW Arteon's factory stock original downpipe (top in the picture below) which has a smaller pipe size and with a huge restrictivce catalytic converter.


Thanks to the CNC machined stainless steel flange, the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is clamped on perfectly to the turbo outlet of the VW Arteon 2.0 TSI engine (as shown in the pictures below), no further modification is required during the installation.



The below picture is the view from the undercarriage of this 2WD VW Arteon's chassis. The main difference between the 2WD and the 4WD VW Arteon featured in another article in our blog here, there is no centre propeller shaft going from the front to the rear axle hence the shape and size of this downpipe is also very different from the 4WD version.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is fully compatible with the factory stock cat-back exhaust system. It is connected via the original sleeve joint as shown in the picture below. No mod is required during the whole installation processes and it can be reversed if necessary too!

Honda Accord Euro R CL7 Headers

The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Exhaust Headers featured below is specially calibrated and fabricated for the Honda Accord Euro R (CL7) K20A 2.0L DOHC i-VTEC engine.


The K20A on the Honda Accord Euro R (CL7) is capable of 220 bhp (164 kW; 223 PS) at 8000rpm and 206 Nm of torque at 7000rpm as claimed by the manufacturer, and this exhaust headers further free up the restriction and improve the performance of the engine!


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Headers made for the Honda Accord Euro R (CL7) is carefully calibrated and fabricated with larger bore stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded for direct bolt-on application to the K20A engine.


In the picture below, the factory stock original metal gasket at the top flange and the conical gasket (donut gasket) at the bottom is to be used during the installation process.


The SUPERCIRCUIT fully stainless steel exhaust headers is installed to the Honda Accord Euro R (CL7).

The top flange of the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is bolted onto the K20A engine block perfectly, just a direct swap with the factory stock one.

Just like the original, the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is designed and fabricated in two sections for ease of installation. The flanges connecting the two sections are made of 304 stainless steel material and laser cut to shape for flawless fitment.


At the rear of the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers, it is connected to the rest of the cat-back exhaust system with the conical gasket in place as shown in the picture below. The exhaust header is fully compatible with the Honda Accord Euro R (CL7) factory stock exhaust system, no cut or weld is required during the whole installation process.
