Honda Civic FB 2.0 Headers

Following the custom made Honda Civic FB 1.8 cat-back exhaust system earlier this week, here is another Honda Civic FB 2.0 at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop for the SUPERCIRCUIT headers.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers/ Extractors made for the Honda Civic FB 2.0 is designed to bolt-on straight away, no further modification is required.

The SUPERCIRCUIT headers installed to the Ninth Generation Honda Civic (code name Civic FB) with the R20A engine is shown below. 

The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers/ Exhaust Extractors for the 9th generation Honda Civic FB R20A engine is made of grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and fully TIG/Argon hand welded by the master craftsmen here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.

Beside the polished mandrel bent stainless steel pipes, the flanges are all made from laser cut stainless steel material for perfect fitting and durability. The headers do not just looking good, it helps to gain more horsepower and torque too!

9th generation Honda Civic 1.8 FB Extractor & Catback Exhaust System

We have developed the exhaust headers for the 9th Generation Honda Civic 1.8 FB for sometime now. We eventually have the change to bring the car onto the dyno machine. And we have done it again! It is again proven the SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust setup significantly improves the performance of the Honda's R18Z1 engine.

This is how the exhaust oulet looks like once the headers is removed from the 9th gen Honda Civic FB 1.8L R18Z1 engine.  

The Honda Civic FB 1.8L headers vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless headers on the left. The SUPERCIRCUIT headers are made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and full TIG/Argon welded. Even the flanges are machined from 304 billet stainless steel, to ensure perfect fitment and durable too. 

The EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) pipe and the original metal gasket on the Honda Civic FB 1.8L headers is shown below.

The factory stock exhaust system of the 9th Generation Honda Civic FB 1.8L below. We replaced it with a custom built catback exhaust system made with CNC mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and full hand TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.

The dyno results of the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust System vs. the 9th Gen. Honda Civic FB 1.8L factory stock exhaust system. The SUPERCIRCUIT setup improved the horsepower and torque consistently and evenly at all RPM range.
