Audi Q5 (8R) 2.0 TFSI Downpipe

SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop has large collection of exhaust downpipe in stocks for the Audi marques. Following the Audi A5 (8T) 2.0 TFSI Downpipe, the Audi S5 (B8) V6 3.0 TFSI Downpipe and the Audi A4 (B8) 1.8 TFSI Downpipe that we installed earlier this month.

Here is yet another SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipes made and installed to the Audi Q5 (8R) 2.0 TFSI Quattro.

This is the 2.0 TFSI engine of the Audi Q5 (8R). To access to the turbo downpipe, the airbox and the engine cover is to be removed.

The factory stock downpipe with a huge catalytic converter vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe. The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe made for the Audi Q5 (8R) 2.0 TFSI Quattro is fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully welded with TIG/Argon welding on stainless steel CNC machined flanges for flawless fitment and long lasting performance. 

This is the turbo of the Audi Q5 (8R) 2.0 TFSI with the downpipe removed.

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on to the factory turbo outlet, no mod is required.

At the other end of the downpipe, it is fully compatible with the Audi Q5 (8R) catback exhaust system as shown in the pictures below.

The catless downpipe is a lot less restrictive and promote better exhaust flow efficiency, hence faster turbo spooling and lesser turbo lag. It is also an ideal add-on for ecu remapping or tuning.

Audi Q5 (8R) Downpipe

Here is the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe that we've produced and installed to the Audi Q5 (8R) 2.0 TFSI.

The factory stock downpipe is removed from the turbo outlet (SEE BELOW).

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on the CNC machined stainless steel flanges for optimum performance and perfect fitment.

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe developed for the Audi Q5 (8R) 2.0 TFSI engine is installed (SEE BELOW PICTURES). It is just direct bolt-on, no mod or weld is required during the installation. All sensors are back in place.

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe has higher exhaust flow efficiency, hence faster and more responsive turbo spooling, hence more lower-end torque and horsepower at the top-end can be achieved.
