BMW 535i (F10) Donwpipe

There are two types of BMW F10 535i downpipe, namely the bellow-type and the flexi-type, differentiated by the type of 'vibration isolation' method used, despite having the same N55B30 engine.

SUPERCIRCUIT has developed the direct bolt-on catless downpipe for both the types of BMW F10 535i (N55).

Here, BMW F10 535i with the 'bellow' type of downpipe has swapped to the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless one:

The factory stock original downpipe of the BMW F10 535i which has a tubular 'bellow' and a huge catalytic converter VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe which is fully made from grade 304 stainless steel. 

The below picture shows how the turbo outlet of the BMW F10 535i looks like after the factory stock original downpipe is removed.

The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is designed for direct clamp onto the turbo outlet of the BMW N55B30 engine and secured via the factory supplied exhaust clamp (see below pictures).

At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe, it is connected to the rest of the BMW F10 535i factory stock catback exhaust system via a slip-joint as shown in the pictures below. So the installation is simply direct plug 'n play, no further mod is required.

The catless downpipe is ideal for ecu remapping and tuning needs, it allows the exhaust gas to flow freely and less restrictive, hence faster turbo spooling and lesser turbo lag.

BMW F10 535i (N55) Downpipe

Here is yet another BMW F140 535i (N55) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe.

Here is how the turbo outlet looks like, on the BMW F10 535i's N55B30 engine, after the factory stock original downpipe is removed.

The stainless steel SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe promotes better and less restricted exhaust flow, compared to the factory stock original downpipe which has a huge catalytic converter as shown in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made for direct bolt-on application and is compatible with the rest of the factory stock cat-back exhaust system of the BMW F10 535i (N55). No other mod is required during the installation.

BMW F10 535i (N55) Downpipe

After installing the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe to the BMW F10 535i (N55B30 engine) earlier this week. We found another version of the downpipe on the similar BMW F10 535i model shown below.

Anyhow, as claimed to have the largest collection of BMW downpipes in the region, we have both version ready for you to choose from.

Shown below, the BMW F10 535i with N55B30 engine but the downpipe is slightly different and it is not compatible with the BMW F10 535i downpipe we installed earlier.

The below picture shows the factory stock downpipe of the BMW F10 535i (N55B30) before removing from car.

Comparing the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe with the factory stock one which has a huge catalytic converter, the SUPERCIRCUIT BMW F10 535i (N55) Catless Downpipe is fully done in grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for flawless fitment and a lot less exhaust restriction.

A closeup on the upper flange and 'bellows' type flex pipe of the factory stock downpipe. It is clearly different from the downpipe that dismantled from the BMW F10 535i we did earlier this week.
