Honda City GM6 Headers & Cat Pipe

Here is yet another 6th generation Honda City GM6 with L15Z1 1.5L i-VTEC SOHC engine, installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers & Cat Pipe for better and unrestricted exhaust flow, and hence higher engine performance.

Both the factory stock original Honda City GM6 Headers and Cat Pipe comes with a huge catalytic converter which is restrictive, where the SUPERCIRCUIT ones have larger pipe size and are catless, so they are a lot less restrictive.

The exhaust headers are located at the rear side of the Honda City GM6 engine as shown below. The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers are designed for direct bolt-on application.

At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers, it is connected to the SUPERCIRCUIT Cat Pipe just like the original and fully compatible with the Honda City GM6 factory stock original cat-back exhaust system (see below pictures).

Honda City GM6 Exhaust Headers/ Extractor

The below SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers/ extractor is designed for direct bolt-on to the facelifted Honda City GM6.

The facelifted Honda City GM6 is available from early 2017 with the same 1.5L (L15Z1 SOHC) that powered the pre-facelift model.

The factory stock exhaust headers is removed from the engine of the Honda City GM6 as shown below and the original headers come with a huge catalytic converter, where the SUPERCIRCUIT Header is 'catless' and made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes, then fully TIG/Argon hand welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct  bolt-on application.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is a lot less restrictive compared to the factory stock original one, hence better engine output can be achieved!

This is how the exhaust outlet port looks like after the factory stock headers is removed from the Honda City GM6 engine.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers/ Extractor has larger pipe size and is catless, hence better exhaust flow efficiency compared to the Honda City GM6 factory stock exhaust headers which has a huge catalytic converter (as shown in the pictures below).

The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers/Extractor developed for the Honda City GM6 is fabricated with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for direct bolt-on application. It is also fully compatible with the Honda City GM6 EGR pipe (Exhaust Gas Recirculation pipe) as shown in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers/Extractor developed for the Honda City GM6 is fabricated with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for direct bolt-on application.
