Honda Civic FD2 Type-R Headers

Here is the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers made for the Honda Civic FD2R and installed to the Honda Civic Type-R (2006-2011) featured below.

  
The factory stock original exhaust headers is removed for the Honda Civic FD2R. The picture below shows how the exhaust outlet ports looks like on the legendary K20A engine.

The tuned-length primary and extended secondary pipes formation ensures power and torque gain over the factory stock original Honda Civic FD2 Type-R headers (see the DYNO results here).

The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda Civic FD2 Type-R Headers is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon hand welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application. It is fully compatible with the factory stock cat-back exhaust system.

For optimum performance, match the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers with the SUPERCIRCUIT Cat Delete Pipe which is also specially developed for the Honda Civic FD2 Type-R and is fully compatible with the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers for direct bolt-on application (as shown in the picture below).

Honda Civic FD2 Type-R Headers

After the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT headers to the Honda Civic FD 2.0 with Type-R rear wing earlier this month, this time it is the rear Honda Civic FD2 Type-R!

The awesome K20A engine of the Honda Civic FD2R capable of 225 PS (165 kW; 222 hp) and 215 N·m (159 lb·ft) of torque as claimed by the manufacturer. Here at SUPERCIRCUIT, after numerous R&D and dyno runs, we freed up more exhaust restrictions and gained more torque and horsepower! See the dyno results during the R&D here. 

The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda Civic FD2R Headers/ Extractors are made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges to ensure perfect fit and long lasting performance.

The Honda Civic FD2 Type-R headers vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 tuned length headers (PICTURE BELOW). The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers has larger bore and longer primary pipes to help on the lower-end torque and higher-end horsepower.
