Honda Fit/Jazz GK Catpipe

To allow the exhaust to flow smoothly and to gain more horsepower on the 3rd generation Honda Jazz/ Fit GK5, the easiest way is to replace the secondary catalytic converter to a catless one (the primary catalytic converter is on the headers, more info about the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers for the Honda Jazz/Fit GK5 is available HERE).

The secondary catalytic converter on the 3rd generation Honda Fit/ Jazz GK can be removed easily and replaced with the SUPERCIRCUIT catpipe.

The factory stock catpipe of the 3rd generation Honda Jazz/ Fit GK5 vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catpipe. The SUPERCIRCUIT catpipe is a direct replacement kit made for the Honda Jazz/ Fit GK5 1.5L 16-valve SOHC i-VTEC code name L15Z5 engine (SEE BELOW).

The 2014 All-new Honda Jazz Full Exhaust System Customization

We have done the full exhaust system for the 2014 All-new Honda Jazz 1.5L (also called Honda Fit in some countries). Here are the photos.

Firstly, the Honda Jazz factory stock header with catalytic converter will be removed and replaced with the SuperCircuit catless header.

Then, remove the secondary catalytic converter and replaced with the SuperCicuit Catpipe. All of the above is done for better exhaust flow and is dyno tested to be able to provide better torque at low-end and higher horse power output at the high-end.

Last by not least, the custom made Catback Exhaust System from SuperCircuit. The custom made 2014 All-new Honda Jazz catback exhaust system is made with grade 304 stainless steel, CNC mandrel bent and full TIG/Argon welded.
