Mazda3 MPS Downpipe

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe to yet another 2nd generation Mazda3 MPS (or called Mazdaspeed 3 in some countries) with the MZR 2.3 DISI turbo-charged engine.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe developed for the Mazda3 MPS MZR 2.3 DISI Turbo engine is larger in overall pipe size, so it has a lot less restriction and promotes better exhaust flow efficiency for faster turbo spooling hence higher output can be achieved.

The turbo downpipe is located at the rear of the Mazda3 MPS 2.3 DISI engine and can be accessed after the top mount intercooler is removed as shown in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is made with grade 304 stainless steel pipes and matched with CNC manchined flanges made of the same 304 stainless steel materials, then hand welded with TIG/Argon welding by our master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop for direct bolt-on application.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on to the turbo outlet of Mazda3 MPS 2.3 DISI engine for better exhaust flow efficiency and faster turbo spooling!

Mazda3 MPS Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT has probably the largest collect of turbo downpipes and exhaust headers in the country, ranging from the European marques, JDM to local models.

Here is the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe made for the 2nd generation Mazda3 MPS (or called Mazdaspeed 3 in some countries).

The 2nd geneation Mazda3 MPS MZR 2.3 DISI Turbo engine with the top mounted intercooler, new ECU tweaks and updated piston profile is more powerful than the predecessor.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe developed for the Mazda3 MPS MZR 2.3 DISI Turbo engine is larger in overall pipe size, a lot less restriction and promotes better exhaust flow efficiency, hence faster turbo spooling and higher output can be achieved.

It is made with grade 304 stainless steel pipes with matching CNC manchined flanges made of the same 304 stainless steel material and then is fully TIG/Argon welded for better exhauts flow efficiency and product durability.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Mazda3 MPS downpipe is compatible with the stock turbo and rest of the stock exhaust system. No cut or weld is required during installation.
