Mercedes-AMG A45 (W176) Downpipe

Here is yet another Mercedes-AMG A45 (W176) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made with larger bore grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges, as compared to the Mercedes-AMG A45's factory stock downpipe in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application. It is bolted onto the Mercedes-AMG A45's turbo outlet nicely, no mod or weld is required during the installation.

At the other end of the downpipe, it is compatible and directly clamped onto the Mercedes-AMG A45's original cat-back exhaust system, no further mod is required during the installation.

The factory original heat shield is back in position, after the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is installed, for a neat and tidy engine bay.

Mercedes Benz A250 (W176) Downpipe

Yet another Mercedes Benz A250 (W176) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe to match with the ecu remapping, for better engine performance.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe in stainless steel vs. the Mercedes Benz A250 (W176) factory stock original downpipe which has a huge catalytic converter. The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is done in grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for direct bolt-on application.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed to bolt onto the turbo outlet of the Mercedes Benz A250's M270 engine shown in the pictures below.

The original heat shield and air filter is installed back in postion of a neat and tidy engine bay.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made of two sections and joined with a slip-joint as shown in the pictures below, for ease of installation.

At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is direct clamped onto the Mercedes Benz A250's original catback exhaust system as show in the pictures below. No further mod is required.

Mercedes Benz A250 (W176) Downpipe

After installing the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe to the Mercedes Benz CLA250 last week. Here is another Mercedes benz with the same engine (M270) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe but it is the Mercedes Benz A250 (W176) this round.

In the picture below, the comparison between the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe in stainless steel vs. the Mercedes Benz A250 (W176) Downpipe which has a huge catalytic converter.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is installed to the Mercedes Benz A250's M270 engine shown in the pictures below.

The stainless steel flanges are laser cut and CNC machined for flawless fitment on the Mercedes Benz A250's turbo outlet as show in the picture here. 

All sensors are to be plugged back in positions for accurate readings on the Mercedes Benz A250.

View from the undercarriage of the Mercedes Benz A250, the mandrel bent pipes moves fluently along the sections under the oil sump and over the front crossmember.

For ease of installation, the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made up of two sections and is connected with an exhaust clamp supplied with it, as shown in the picture below.

The mandrel bent pipe is going over the front crossmember and meets up with the original catback exhaust system of the Mercedes Benz A250. 

At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is direct clamped onto the Mercedes Benz A250's original catback exhaust system as show in the pictures below. No further mod is required.
