VW Jetta 1.4TSI Downpipe & Cat-back Customization

The Mk6 VW Jetta 1.4TSI is at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays for the full exhaust upgrades and we have supplied the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe and installed the custom made Cat-Back Exhaust System, to improve the performance of the engine and also add some sport exhaust note to it!

Pictured below, the Mk6 VW Jetta 1.4TSI factory stock original downpipe (RIGHT) vs. the sport Downpipe from SUPERCIRCUIT (LEFT).

The SUPERCIRCUIT Sport Downpipe is catless and promotes better exhaust flow, hence more horsepower and torque. It is ideal for ecu remapping or tuning purposes.

Right after the downpipe is the Cat-back Exhaust System as shown in the picture below. We replaced the factory stock original one to a full stainless steel cat-back exhaust system for smoother exhaust flow and sportier exhaust note!

The complete exhaust system fabricated to the Mk6 VW Jetta 1.4TSI below is fully fabricated in grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

Volkswagen Jetta Mk6/A6 1.4 TSI Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe made for the VW Jetta 1.4 TSI (Mk6/A6) is designed best for tuning purpose with a lot better exhaust flow efficiency.

The VW Jetta is equipped with the 1.4L turbo charged engine as shown in the picture below.

The VW Jetta Mk6/A6 1.4 TSI factory stock downpipe with a huge catalytic converter VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT stainless steel catless downpipe. The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for flawless installation and long lasting performance.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on to the VW Jetta 1.4 TSI Mk6/A6 as shown in the pictures below.

At the bottom end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is also designed to compatible with the factory stock exhaust system, no cut or weld is required during the installation.

This catless downpipe promotes better exhaust flow efficiency, hence faster turbo spooling and lesser turbo lag. It is ideal for ecu remapping/ tuning needs.

Volkswagen Jetta 1.4 TSI Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT turbo downpipe made for the Volkswagen's 1.4 TSI engine has larger pipe size and less restriction, hence able to allow the turbo to spool faster and squeeze more horses out of the 1.4 TSI mill.

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is designed to bolt-on straight to the VW Jetta 1.4 TSI turbo outlet  and is 100% compatible with the rest of the factory stock exhaust system, no weld or cut is required during installation.

Since the downpipe is catless, there will be an O2 sensor defouler for the post cat sensor (SHOWN BELOW). So, no Check Engine Light issue after the catalytic converter is removed.

After the downpipe is installed, all the heat shield and engine covers are installed back in position neatly.
