Volvo V40 2.0 T5 Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is supplied and installed to the 2015-2019 Volvo V40 2.0 T5 (B4204T41 engine) below, for unrestricted exhaust flow efficiency and faster turbo spooling, hence gains more horsepower and torque!

Removing the turbo downpipe from the Volvo V40 T5's turbo outlet is quite simple and straight forward. The below pictures shown how it looks like after the factory stock original downpipe is removed from the turbo outlet of the B5204T9 engine.

In the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe vs. the factory stock original downpipe of the Volvo V40 2.0 T5 which has a huge catalytic converter.

The free-flow SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flange for long lasting performance and for direct bolt-on application.

At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe, it is fully compatible with the stock original cat-back exhaust system of the Volvo V40 2.0 T5. Just bolt on straight, no modification is required during the installation.

This stainless steel catless downpipe made for the Volvo V40 T5 is an ideal upgrade for ECU Remapping or engine tuning too!

Volvo V40 T5 (P1) Drive-E Downpipe

SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop has probably has the largest collection of turbo downpipes in the country and the collections are still growing.

Unlike the usual Volvo V40 T5 downpipe we did earlier, here is one made for the Volvo V40 T5 (P1) in-house developed Drive-E (VEA) gasoline engine.

Basically, the turbo outlet is similar to the usual Volvo V40 T5 (with the B5254T12 inline 5-cylinder turbo charged engine) but not the downpipe itself.

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is made with larger bore mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for precised fitment and durability.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is bolted onto the Volvo V40 T5 Drive-E turbo outlet straight (See below pictures). 

At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe, it is designed to be compatible with the factory stock catback exhaust system. No mod or weld is required for the installation.

Here is one made for the Volvo V40 T5 (P1), with the B5254T12 inline 5-cylinder turbo charged engine.

The factory stock downpipe (marked in the photo below) is removed from the Volvo V40 T5.
