We have supplied and installed yet another Honda Civic FD 1.8 with the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers/ Extractor below.

The below pictures shown the comparison of the factory stock original exhaust Honda Civic FD 1.8L headers and the SUPERCIRCUIT headers which is fully made of stainless steel materials.

The SUPERCIRCUIT stainless steel Exhaust Headers/ Extractor is designed for direct bolt-on application on the 8th gen. Honda Civic FD 1.8L (R18A) engine. No cut or weld is required during the installation, just plug 'n play.

At the bottom side of the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers/ Extractor, it is connected with the original spring bolts as shown in the picture below. The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers/ Extractor is designed fully compatible with the factory stock exhaust system of the Honda Civic FD 1.8. No mod, cut or weld is required during the installation.

Honda Civic 1.8 FD Headers

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless Headers/ Extractors made for the Honda Civic FD 1.8 promotes better exhaust flow and lessen the restriction compared to the factory stock catalytic converter, hence better acceleration and top-end power. It is a must have item for those who would like to improve the performance of their Honda Civic FD 1.8!

The factory stock exhaust header of the Honda Civic FD 1.8 comes with a big catalytic converter (SEE BELOW).

We split the exhaust flow into two to get the effect of the conventional 4-2-1 extractor, this will free up restriction and minimize exhaust turbulence, in theory. It is further proven by dyno test during the R&D stage.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda Civic FD 1.8 Extractor/ Header is designed to bolt-on straight to the R18A mill, no further modification is required during the installation.

The Honda Civic FD 1.8 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) pipe has to be installed back to the pre-built EGR outlet of the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers, not a single thing is left out. (SEE BELOW)

The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda Civic 1.8 headers/ extractors is made with grade 304 stainless steel, then TiG/Argon welded on all stainless steel flanges for perfect fitting and optimized performance.

Honda Civic FD 1.8 (R18A) Header/ Extractor

We have installed the SuperCircuit header to a Honda Civic FD 1.8 today. The Honda Civic 1.8 Header/ Extractor is hand crafted from grade 304 stainless steel CNC mandrel bent piping and TIG/Argon welded by our master craftsmen here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

The SuperCircuit Honda Civic FD 1.8 Extractor is designed to be able to bolt-on directly and is 100% compatible with the factory stock exhaust system and compatible with the factory stock EGR pipe too.
