VW Golf 6 1.4 TSI Twin Exhaust Conversion

Here is the step-by-step photos of how the Volkswagen Golf 6 1.4 TSI Axle-back exhaust system is converted from single sided twin exhaust to a double sided twin exhaust system.

1) VW Golf 6 1.4 TSI factory stock rear muffler and rear under diffuser shown below (right vehicle). 

2) First of all, remove the factory stock rear diffuser as show below.

3) Below shown the aftermarket diffuser with twin outlet, left and right each. It is just plug 'n play and no modification is required to replace the factory stock diffuser to this one below.

4) Use SuperCircuit twin exhaust catback system to match with the diffuser.

VW Scirocco 2.0 TSI Quad Exhaust Conversion

If you would like to have a Quad Exhaust for your Volkswagen Scirocco 2.0 TSI, here is some photos that might interest you.

The normal factory stock VW Scirocco 2.0TSI has a twin exhaust with both of the exhaust tips located at the left side of the rear bumper.

For a more sporty looking Scirocco, from her already very sporty looking shape, we put a quad exhaust system to her.

Firstly, we have to make an extra opening on the right side of the rear bumper. We use a template copied from the existing exhaust opening and mirror it to the right side of the bumper. Then cut the opening out accordingly. So it is what you get in the below pictures.

This full exhaust system is supplied by SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop. It is made with grade 304 stainless steel muffler box and resonator, CNC mandrel bent piping with TIG-Argon welded finishing.
