BMW E92 335i N55 Single Twin-scroll Turbo Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT has probably the largest collection of turbo downpipes in the country. Here is one installed to the BMW E92 335i with N55 single twin-scroll turbo.


The BMW 335i E92 shown below with N55B30M0 straight-6 engine comes with the single twin scroll turbo.

The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges of the same material grade to ensure perfect fit and long lasting performance.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless downpipe developed for the BMW E92 335i N55 single twin-scroll turbo is compatible with the rest of the factory stock exhaust system. It is just straight bolt-on (SEE BELOW).



This catless downpipe is ideal for ecu tuning or remapping but can also be installed alone without any further tuning if you need more horsepower but do not go too extreme. The later needs an 'O2 sensor defouler' or a 'Mini Cat' to cure the P0420 CEL due to removal of the original catalytic converter.

Honda Civic FD2 Type-R Headers

After the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT headers to the Honda Civic FD 2.0 with Type-R rear wing earlier this month, this time it is the rear Honda Civic FD2 Type-R!


The awesome K20A engine of the Honda Civic FD2R capable of 225 PS (165 kW; 222 hp) and 215 N·m (159 lb·ft) of torque as claimed by the manufacturer. Here at SUPERCIRCUIT, after numerous R&D and dyno runs, we freed up more exhaust restrictions and gained more torque and horsepower! See the dyno results during the R&D here

Honda Civic FD 2.0 Headers & Catback Exhaust Custom

SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop probably has the largest collection of various exhaust headers/ extractors in the country. One is installed to the 8th generation Honda Civic FD 2.0 below:


The factory stock standard headers from the Honda Civic FD 2.0 has smaller pipe size and is made of mild steel which will get rusty over the years vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT larger bore and tuned-length catless headers. The specially selected primary pipe length will help to gain better low-end torque and more higher-end horsepower to the K20Z engine.

To optimize the exhaust flow efficiency and bring out the performance of the K20Z engine, the catback exhaust system is not be be forgotten.


The Honda Civic FD 2.0 catback exhaust system is custom fabricated with one-piece CNC mandrel bent 304 stainless steel pipes to minimize welding joints and hence lesser exhaust flow restriction due to welding imperfection.



Fully CNC mandrel bent 304 stainless steel pipes matched with stainless steel resonator and muffler. The Honda Civic FD 2.0 is not just performs better, it sounds sportier too!

The 1.6L Prince turbocharged engine on the Mini Cooper Country R60 shown below. The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is compatible with the all the Mini's 1.6L Prince engine shown here.

BMW X1 E84 Downpipe

Here at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop, we have developed almost  a complete range of downpipes for the modern age turbo charged BMW engines.

Here is the SUPERCIRUCIT catless downpipe made for the BMW X1 E84 with the N20B20 turbo charged engine.



The BMW X1 N84 factory stock exhaust system shown below.


The downpipe is the front section between the turbo downpipe and the rest of the catback exhaust system (SEE BELOW). It can be removed quite conveniently with the proper tools.


The BMW X1 N84 stock downpipe with a big catalytic converter vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe (SEE BELOW). The catless downpipe is less restrictive and has larger bore to promote higher exhaust flow efficiency, hence faster turbo spool and creating higher engine output.



The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe made for the BMW X1 E84 is made of grade 304 stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded. It is designed to be able to bolt-on straight and 100% compatible with the factory stock exhaust system, no cut or weld is required for installation (SEE BELOW)
