Subaru XV/ Crosstrek EL Headers

Yet another 1st generation Subaru XV / Subaru Crosstrek (2012-2017) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT direct bolt-on Equal-Length (EL) Headers for smoother power band and better torque.


The high performance and high flow efficiency SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Headers is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application and long lasting performance.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers made for the Subaru XV/ Crosstrek is designed for direct bolt-on application and is fully compatible with the rest of the Subaru XV/ Crosstrek factory stock cat-back exhaust system (see pictures below). No mod or weld is required to install.





We called this the EL headers to differentiate it from the UEL (Un-Equal Length) Headers that we will soon available to the market. Please stay tuned!

Toyota 86 EL Headers

Just in case you haven't seen the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL (Un-Equal Length) Headers made for the TOYOTA 86 we did earlier. Here is a different setup with different output, the SUPERCIRCUIT EL (Equal Length) Headers, installed to the TOYOTA 86.


The TOYOTA 86 factory stock original headers VS. the free flow SUPERCIRCUIT equal-length headers which is completely made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges.

The flanges of the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers are fully made of grade 304 CNC machined stainless steel for flawless fitment and long lasting performance.



The equal length SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is installed to the TOYOTA 86's 4U-GSE/ FA20 boxer engine. This headers is designed for direct bolt-on application, no mod or weld is required during the installation.

SUBARU BRZ EL Headers

Just in case you haven't seen the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL (Un-Equal Length) Headers made for the SUBARU BRZ we did earlier. Here is a different setup, it is the SUPERCIRCUIT EL (Equal Length) Headers installed to the SUBARU BRZ.



The SUBARU BRZ factory stock original headers VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT equal-length headers which is completely made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges.




The flanges of the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers are fully made of grade 304 CNC machined stainless steel for flawless fitment and long lasting performance.





The equal length SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is installed to the FA20 engine of the SUBARU BRZ. It is designed for direct bolt-on application, no mod or weld is required during the installation.

Honda Civic FB Extractor/ Headers

Honda Civic FC 1.5T Downpipe & Cat-back Exhaust Custom

The SUPERCIRCUIT direct bolt-on downpipe VS. the Honda Civic FC 1.5T factory stock original downpipe which has a very restrictive catalytic converter.


In order to remove the factory stock original downpipe from the Honda Civic FC 1.5T's L15B7 engine, firstly, remove the intake pipes and air filter as shown in the picture below.

Honda Accord 2.4L (9th Gen) Twin Exhaust Custom

The factory stock rear muffler section (axle-back section) is cut off and we replaced it with a pair of the custom made axle-back system consists of stainless steel mufflers, matched with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and then fully welded with TIG/Argon welding.



The rear mufflers and exhaust tips are carefully selected according to the customer's liking. This is what we called 'exhaust customization'!

BMW 535i (F10) Donwpipe

There are two types of BMW F10 535i downpipe, namely the bellow-type and the flexi-type, differentiated by the type of 'vibration isolation' method used, despite having the same N55B30 engine.

SUPERCIRCUIT has developed the direct bolt-on catless downpipe for both the types of BMW F10 535i (N55).

Here, BMW F10 535i with the 'bellow' type of downpipe has swapped to the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless one:


The factory stock original downpipe of the BMW F10 535i which has a tubular 'bellow' and a huge catalytic converter VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe which is fully made from grade 304 stainless steel. 


The below picture shows how the turbo outlet of the BMW F10 535i looks like after the factory stock original downpipe is removed.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is designed for direct clamp onto the turbo outlet of the BMW N55B30 engine and secured via the factory supplied exhaust clamp (see below pictures).


At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe, it is connected to the rest of the BMW F10 535i factory stock catback exhaust system via a slip-joint as shown in the pictures below. So the installation is simply direct plug 'n play, no further mod is required.



The catless downpipe is ideal for ecu remapping and tuning needs, it allows the exhaust gas to flow freely and less restrictive, hence faster turbo spooling and lesser turbo lag.

Featured here is the 3rd generation of the BMW 640i (F06), with the N55B30 turbo charged engine. BMW marketed the 4-doors version of the 6-series as "Gran Coupé".
