VW Scirocco 2.0 TSI Quad Exhaust Conversion

If you would like to have a Quad Exhaust for your Volkswagen Scirocco 2.0 TSI, here is some photos that might interest you.

The normal factory stock VW Scirocco 2.0TSI has a twin exhaust with both of the exhaust tips located at the left side of the rear bumper.

For a more sporty looking Scirocco, from her already very sporty looking shape, we put a quad exhaust system to her.

Firstly, we have to make an extra opening on the right side of the rear bumper. We use a template copied from the existing exhaust opening and mirror it to the right side of the bumper. Then cut the opening out accordingly. So it is what you get in the below pictures.

This full exhaust system is supplied by SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop. It is made with grade 304 stainless steel muffler box and resonator, CNC mandrel bent piping with TIG-Argon welded finishing.

After countless hours spent on R&D and Dyno machine, here comes this 4-2-1 piping formation extractor which is specially designed for Perodua Myvi 1.3, especially the M/T Myvi 1.3. 

It is proved to be able to produce about 11% of extra horse power and 12% of torque on wheels with the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 extractor installed to Manual Transmission Myvi 1.3.

Quad exhaust customization for Mercedes Benz SLK (R171) performed by SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

The final part of the whole exhaust customization is the quad exhaust tips.

Mercedes Benz SLK (R171) with inline 4-cylinder 1.8L engine with factory stock mild steel header shown below.

The Mercedes Benz SLK stock header is replaced with the custom made stainless steel 4-1 header, handcrafted by SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

The larger bore, stainless steel header provides smoother exhaust flow, hence smoother engine rev and low-end power band for the Merc. SLK.

Ford Focus Sport+ Header and Exhaust Customisation

The is yet another quality exhaust customization done by SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop for the Ford Focus (3rd generation, 2010 - present) Sport+ 2.0L.

The Ford Duratec 2.0L Ti-VCT 4-cylinder inline engine, capable of producing 170PS and 202Nm as claimed by the manufacturer.

 The factory stock header with catalytic converter....

SuperCircuit stainless steel custom made header for Ford Focus Sport+ is installed. Note the heat shield brackets on the SuperCircuit header, it means it is compatible with the original heat shield. The heat shield can be installed back to the header for better visual appearance as well as engine bay cooling purposes.

The middle section is set up with double resonators.

The exhaust system is done with CNC mandrel bent graded 304 stainless steel piping, TIG-Argon welded with a less joint as possible, to avoid exhaust flow interference due to welding imperfection. So the rear muffler system is done with a single piece of stainless steel piping bent to shape using our in-house CNC mandrel piping bending machine.
