This SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Exhaust Headers/ Extractor specially developed for the Mini Cooper S (R53) 2000-2006 with super-charged 1.6L Tritec engine shown in the picture below.
The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Headers developed for the Mini Cooper S (R53) is made of ∅14.45mm (1.3/4”) primary, ∅50.8mm (2.0”) secondary and final ∅63.5mm (2.1/2”) pipes.
The long primary piping is good for low-end torque and the larger overall pipe sizes minimize restriction at higher rpm range.
The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Exhaust Headers/ Extractor is designed for straight bolt-on application and fits nicely to the Mini Cooper S (R53) 1.6L Super-charged engine outlet as shown in the picture below.
And it is also fully compatible with the rest of the Mini Cooper S (R53) factory stock cat-back exhaust system, no cut or weld is required during the installation.
