Ford Mustang 2.3 Ecoboost Cat-back Exhaust Custom

We have just finished an one-off customized cat-back exhaust system with valvetronic for the 6th generation Ford Mustang 2.3 EcoBoost Turbo (S550).



Shown in the picture below, the Ford Mustang 2.3 EcoBoost factory stock original cat-back exhaust system vs. the custom hand built stainless steel one with 'valvetronic' custom made from SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.



The 6th gen. Ford Mustang 2.3T Ecoboost with the custom made 'valvetronic' cat-back exhaust system installed.


This is an one-off cat-back exhaust system hand built by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, with complete grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded with remote controllable exhaust valve system.

Honda Civic FD 1.8 Exhaust Headers/ Extractor

We have supplied and installed yet another Honda Civic FD 1.8 with the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers/ Extractor below.


The below pictures shown the comparison of the factory stock original exhaust Honda Civic FD 1.8L headers and the SUPERCIRCUIT headers which is fully made of stainless steel materials.




The SUPERCIRCUIT stainless steel Exhaust Headers/ Extractor is designed for direct bolt-on application on the 8th gen. Honda Civic FD 1.8L (R18A) engine. No cut or weld is required during the installation, just plug 'n play.




At the bottom side of the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers/ Extractor, it is connected with the original spring bolts as shown in the picture below. The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers/ Extractor is designed fully compatible with the factory stock exhaust system of the Honda Civic FD 1.8. No mod, cut or weld is required during the installation.

Nissan Navara NP300 Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe made for the 3rd generation Nissan Navara NP300 2.5D, for faster turbo spooling, increase low-end torque and more performance!



The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made for the YD25DDTi High Power commonrail diesel engine of the Nissan Navara NP300. The downpipe is located at the right side of engine, as indicated in the photo below.



Below is how the turbo outlet of the Nissan Navara NP300 looks like after the factory stock original downpipe is removed.



The Nissan Navara NP300 factory stock original downpipe vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe shown in the picture below. The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges, for direct bolt-on application.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application. It can bolt-on straight to the turbo outlet of the Nissan Navara NP300 and is also fully compatible with the factory stock original cat-back exhaust system, no mod or cut is required during the installation.

Ford Ranger Wildtrak 3.2D Duratorq Downpipe

We have supplied and installed yet another 2017 Ford Ranger 3.2D Wildtrak with the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop. 


The below picture shows the factory stock orriginal turbo downpipe of the Ford Ranger Wildtrak 3.2D Duratorq Engine vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe in full stainless steel.

The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe made of 2.5" stainless steel mandrel bent pipes is catless and promote better exhaust flow, hence better low-end torque and lesser turbo lag.


Both the top and bottom flanges of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made from CNC machined stainless steel materials for flawless fitment and durability.



The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application. It is fully compatible with the Ford Ranger 3.2D Duratorq turbo at the top and just bolt to the factory stock original cat-back exhaust system at the bottom, no cut or weld is required during the installation of this downpipe.

BMW F10 M5 Downpipes

Featured below, the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipes made and installed to the BMW M5 4.4L twin-turbocharged V8!


The downpipes is accessible from the top of the F10 BMW M5 V8 4.4L twin-turbocharged engine (code name S63B44) after the engine cover and heat shields are removed as shown in the picture here.


The F10 BMW M5 factory stock original downpipes vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipes shown in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipes are made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges, for direct bolt-on application!


The CNC machined flanges of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipes fitted perfectly to the turbo outlets of the F10 BMW M5.

Simply secured them with the original exhaust clamps, no mod or cut is required during the installation.


As shown in the pictures below, the original heat shields and engine cover is back in place after the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipes are being installed.

Mercedes-AMG A45 (W176) Downpipe

Here is yet another Mercedes-AMG A45 (W176) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe. This catless downpipe is designed for Stage II remapping purpose.





Manufacturer claims the comprehensively upgraded 2017 mill (code named M 133 DE 20 AL) capable of producing 381hp and 475Nm of torque with stock setting.

In the pictured below, the mill after the factory stock downpipe has been removed.




The Mercedes-AMG A45 factory stock downpipe vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made from grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for optimum exhaust flow efficiency and durability.



The turbo outlet of the Mercedes-AMG A45 after the original downpipe is removed.

The original downpipe can be removed fairly easily from the turbo outlet by loosen an exhaust clamp.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is installed to the M270 twin scroll engine which is originally capable of Max 355hp and 450Nm of peak torque. The catless downpipe adds more horsepower and torque to the engine even before tuning/remapping!



Designed for direct bolt-on application, the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is installed to the Mercedes-AMG A45 turbo via the factory stock original exhaust clamp. No mod is required.




At the other end of the downpipe, it is also made fully compatible with the Mercedes-AMG A45 factory stock cat-back exhaust system and fastened via the original exhaust clamp. Just clamps on, no mod, no cut.

Mercedes Benz C180 (W205) Downpipe

Feature below is the direct bolt-on catless downpipe developed for the Mercedes Benz C180 (W205) by SUPERCIRCUIT.


The downpipe is located at the right side of the 1.6L turbo charged engine (code M270 DE16 LA R) of the Mercedes Benz C180 (W205) as indicated in the picture below.


The Mercedes Benz C180 (W205) original downpipe can be removed fairly easily by loosening two exhaust clamps, one at the turbo outlet and the other one that connects to the rest of the exhaust system.



In the picture below, the catless SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe vs. the Mercedes Benz C180 (W205) factory stock original downpipe which comes with two huge catalytic converters.

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe enables better exhaust flow and a lot less restriction, hence faster spooling and better engine output. It is best go with ecu remapping or tuning for optimum performance.



Since the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application, it is just clamped onto the turbo outlet of the Mercedes Benz C180 (W205) with the original exhaust clamp at the top.

At the bottom end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is connected to the rest of the Mercedes Benz C180 (W205) cat-back exhaust system via the original exhaust clamp as shown in the pictures below. Fully plug 'n play, no mod or cut is required.

Mercedes Benz C300 (W205) Downpipe

Here is yet another Mercedes Benz C300 (W205) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe for better exhaust flow and performance upgrade.



The factory stock downpipe can be found at the left side of the Mercedes Benz C300 (W205) M264 2.0 turbo-charged petrol engine shown in the picture below or seen from the undercarriage as indicated in the picture below.
