Mitsubishi Attrage 1.2L Sport Header

We have installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Sport Exhaust Header to the Mitsubishi Attrage 1.2L at our installation bays shown in the picture below.

This tuned-length SUPERCIRCUIT Sport Header is specially developed for the Mitsubishi Attrage/ Mirage's 3A92 engine, for better performance and horsepower!


The tuned-length SUPERCIRCUIT 3-1 sport header is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on stainless steel flange for direct bolt-on application on the Mitsubishi Attrage/ Mirage 1.2L 3A92 (note: this header is made for MCC-spec. only, DOES NOT FIT FCC-spec.).


Pictured below, the SUPERCIRCUIT Sport Header is installed to the Mitsubishi Attrage's 3A92 engine. It is designed for direct bolt-on application, no mod or weld is required during the installation process.

Proton Persona Tuned-length Extractor + Cat-back Exhaust Custom

The Proton Persona 'tuned-length' SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Extractor & custom built Cat-back Exhaust System shown below is designed for more power gains and sportier exhaust note!


The SUPERCIRCUIT tuned-length 4-2-1 extractor is specially designed for the Proton CAMPRO engine, by stretching the four primary pipes and matched with a pair of long secondary pipes to improve the low end torque as well as high end performance. It is a big difference compared with the factory stock Proton Persona CAMPRO extractor.


Shown in the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 is installed to the CAMPRO 1.6 engine of the Proton Persona. Note the O2 sensor bung is also relocated to the collector section downstream near the oil pan under the engine, for better Air-fuel reading. All done professionally here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.


The stainless steel 'cat-back exhaust system' is made to replace the factory stock one for a even better exhaust flow and sport exhaust note!

Honda Jazz GK5 Hybrid Exhaust Headers

The SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust header shown below is specially developed for the Honda Jazz GK5 Hybrid's 1.5L DOHC (LEB-H1 i-VTEC + Sport Hybrid i-DCD (intelligent Dual-Clutch Drive) engine, to remove the restriction and improve the exhaust flow efficiency for better horsepower and torque!


The exhaust header is located behind the petro-hybrid 1.5L DOHC engine LEB-H1 i-VTEC + Sport Hybrid i-DCD (intelligent Dual-Clutch Drive) of the Honda Jazz GK5 Hybrid as indicated in the picture below.


In the below picture, the factory stock original Honda Jazz GK5 Hybrid exhaust header with a huge catalytic converter (LEFT) vs. t e SUPERCIRCUIT catless header made of full stainless steel (RIGHT).

The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda Jazz/ Fit GK5 full stainless steel exhaust Header is designed for direct bolt-on application, for unrestricted and better exhaust flow.


The SUPERCIRCUIT full stainless steel exhaust header is compatible with the Honda Jazz/ Fit GK5 Hybrid 's factory heat shield, so the heat shield can be install back in place after the SUPERCIRCUIT header is installed, as shown in the picture below.

BMW F25 X3 (N20) Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe supplied and installed to the 2nd generation BMW X3 (2010-2017; F25) featured below is designed for an unrestrictive exhaust flow. The improved exhaust flow efficiency of the catless downpipe is ideal for ecu remapping or tuning purposes!


In the picture below, the stainless steel SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe VS. the BMW F25 X3 factory stock original downpipe which has a huge catalytic converter.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flange for long lasting performance and durability.


Pictured below, the turbo outlet on the BMW F25 X3 after the factory stock downpipe is removed from the N20B20 engine.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application. It is installed to the F25 BMW X3's turbo outlet via the original exhaust clamp as shown in the picture below.


At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is secured with a slip-joint clamp to the factory stock original F25 BMW X3's cat-back exhaust system as shown below.

Ford Ranger Wiltrak 2.0 bi-turbo Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on to the Ford Ranger Wildtrak's 2.0 EcoBlue bi-turbo outlet, for a more direct and unrestricted exhaust flow, hence better low-end torque and higher horsepower!


The Ford Ranger's 2.0 bi-turbo factory stock original downpipe with a huge catalytic converter vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application. No cut or weld is required during the installation.


The turbo outlet of the Ford Ranger Wildtrak's 2.0 EcoBlue bi-turbo diesel engine shown in the picture below, after the factory stock downpipe is removed.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is simply clamped onto the turbo outlet of the Ford Ranger's 2.0 bi-turbo outlet via the original exhaust clamp, no mod is required for a lot better horsepower and torque!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is clamped onto the Ford Ranger's 2.0 bi-turbo outlet at the front and is fully compatible with the stock original catback exhaust system at the rear, just bolt-on straight! No cut and weld is required during the installation.

Honda Civic 1.5T Full Exhaust System

We have installed the below Honda Civic FC 1.5 VTEC TURBO with a full set of exhaust system which consists of the direct bolt-on catless Downpipe, Front Pipe and a set of custom made cat-back exhaust system for optimum exhaust performance and a sporty exhaust note!


In the picture below, the direct bolt-on SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe and Front Pipe (bottom) is designed to replace the factory stock original ones (top).


Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe and Front Pipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application as shown in the pictures below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is bolted onto the turbo outlet of the Honda Civic FC straight. The stock original heatshield then can be installed back in position for a neat and original engine bay.

When the exhaust downpipe and front pipe above frees up the restriction and create more horsepower, the downstream (cat-back exhaust) has to be upgraded so the exhaust gas can flow freely. So we hand crafted the below cat-back exhaust system for the Honda Civic FC 1.5T.


The SUPERCIRCUIT custom made cat-back exhaust system is installed to the Honda Civic FC 1.5T as shown in the picture below. This cat-back exhaust system fully replaces the original exhaust system, no cut or weld is required during the installation.

This cat-back exhaust system is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded hand welded by the master craftsmen here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop for optimum durability and exhaust flow efficiency, matched with the two s-flow mufflers for bassy and sporty exhaust note.

The above SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe & Front Pipe are available off-the-shelves. Where the cat-back exhaust system on the Honda Civic FC 1.5T above is custom fabricated on the spot according to the customer's preference and requirement. Honda Civic FN2 Type-R Headers

This is the European version of the Honda Civic Type-R (aka FN2R; 2007-2012) with the K20Z4 engine, and we have the headers specially made for this engine here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


The stainless steel SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length 4-2-1 Headers (at the bottom of the picture below) vs. the Honda Civic FN2R factory stock original headers which comes with a huge catalytic converter.

Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S) Exhaust Headers

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 tuned length headers to yet another 2nd generation Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S) shown below, to improve the exhaust flow efficiency hence better engine performance and output!


Pictured below, the 1.5L engine (code name M15A) of the 2nd generation Suzuki Swift (ZC21S) with the original exhaust headers removed.


This is how the exhaust ports look like after the factory stock original headers are removed from the M15A engine. Note: the original metal gasket shown in will be reused during the installation of SUPERCIRCUIT Headers.


The Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S) factory stock original headers (with catalytic converter) vs. the catless SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 tuned length headers made of full 304 mandrel bent stainless steel (shown on the right in the below picture).


The length and size of the primary and secondary pipes are carefully calibrated for optimum exhaust flow efficiency and yet maintaining back pressure for a balanced low-end torque and high-end horsepower.


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 tuned-length exhaust headers are bolted onto to the Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S)'s engine block. No cut or weld is required during the installation process.

BMW F30 320i (N20) Downpipe

Here is yet another BMW F30 320i at our installation bays for the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe upgrades.


The factory stock original downpipe of the BMW F30 can be removed from the undercarriage fairly easily as indicated in the picture below.


This is how the turbo outlet of the N20B20 engine looks like after the factory stock downpipe is removed.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe VS. the BMW F30 320i factory stock original downpipe which has a huge catalytic converter.

Moreover, the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flange for long lasting performance and durability.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for a direct swap with the original downpipe. The CNC machined stainless steel flange is clamped onto the turbo outlet of the N20B20 engine with the original exhaust clamp as shown in the picture below.


The bottom end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is secured with a slip-joint clamp to the factory original cat-back exhaust system as shown in the pictures below. No further modification is required during the whole installation process.
