Mazda MX-5 (ND) Axle-back Exhaust

Thank you very much for the support from the local Mazda MX-5 communities, so we have chance to fabricate and install yet another custom made axle-back exhaust system installed to the 4th generation Mazda MX-5 (ND) here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays!



The factory stock Mazda MX-5 (ND) axle-back exhaust system (bottom) VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT custom hand fabricated axle-back exhaust system (top) in full stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and hand TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


The factory stock Mazda MX-5 (ND) axle-back exhaust system (bottom) VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT custom hand fabricated axle-back exhaust system (top) in full stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and hand TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


This custom made axle-back exhaust system is designed to bolt-on straight to the Mazda MX-5 (ND) and replaces the factory stock original one. No cut or weld is required during the installation process.


The SUPERCIRCUIT custom made axle-back exhaust system specially fabricated for the Mazda MX-5 (ND) and be in the form of twin exhaust tips (as shown in the picture) or single exhaust tip setup.

Toyota GT86 UEL Header + Front Pipe

We have supplied and installed yet another set of the SUPERCIRCUIT Un-equal Length Exhaust Header + Front Pipe here at our installation bays today. Thank you very much the support!!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Un-Equal Length headers a.k.a. UEL Headers is designed with the two primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine, traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from another side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic boxer engine rumble!

In the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Exhaust Header + Front Pipe/ Cat Pipe vs. the GT86 factory stock headers and cat pipe on the right.


This SUPERCIRCUIT Toyota GT86 Headers & Front Pipe is made of larger bore mandrel bent grade 304 stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges to remove the restrictions and allow better exhaust flow efficiency i.e. more horsepower & torque!!


Both the plug 'n play SUPERCIRCUIT Headers and Cat Pipe are catless, so they are a lot less restrictive and hence better torque and powerband over the Toyota GT86's factory stock ones.

Subaru WRX (VA) FA20 Turbo Manifold

Featured below is the SUPERCIRCUIT turbo manifold developed for the Subaru WRX (VA) FA20 engine. This model is the first of the WRX line to deviate from the EJ-series engine. It uses the new 2.0-liter FA20F engine, which has direct injection and a twin-scroll turbocharger.


The below picture shows how the exhaust outlet ports look like after the factory stock turbo manifold as well as the turbo unit was removed from the FA20 engine on the Subaru WRX (VA).


In the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT turbo manifold in stainless steel vs. the Subaru WRX (VA) factory stock one.

SUPERCIRCUIT turbo manifold made for Subaru WRX 2.0 (VA) FA20 engine.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Subaru WRX (VA) FA20 turbo manifold is made with larger bore grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes to minimize the restriction for better exhaust flow efficiency and is fully TIG/Argon welded on stainless steel flanges for long lasting performance and durability!


The SUPERCIRCUIT turbo manifold is installed to the Subaru WRX (VA)'s FA20 engine as shown in the picture below. This turbo manifold is designed for direct bolt-on application, no cut or weld is required during the installation process.


The SUPERCIRCUIT turbo manifold can also be wrapped with thermal wraps before installation as shown in the picture below.


The turbo unit is then installed back in place as shown in the picture below after the SUPERCIRCUIT turbo manifold is secured to the FA20 engine block.


On all previous Subaru WRXs (with the EJ-series engine), the turbocharger was located near the right-hand side of the firewall, close to the third cylinder. With the new FA20 engine, Subaru fitted the turbocharger at the front of the car, close to the serpentine accessory belts.

Mercedes Benz E-class Coupe (W213/C238) Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT sports downpipe made for the Mercedes Benz E-class coupe (W213/C238) is designed and fabricated to free up the restriction of the catalytic converterse and for better exhaust flow efficiency, hence higher engine output and a lot more low-end torque!



The factory stock downpipe can be found at the right side of the M264 engine of the Mercedes Benz E-class Coupe (C238), near to the firewall, as indicated in the picture below.


The below picture took from the undercarriage of the Mercedes Benz E-class (C238) shows how the factory stock downpipe, which comes with two huge catalytic converters. We will replace it with the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe for better exhaust flow efficiency and improved engine output!


In the below picutre, the Mercedes Benz E-class (C238)'s factory stock original downpipe with two huge catalytic converters (TOP) vs. the stainless steel SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe (BOTTOM).


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application. No cut or weld is required during the installation.

At the front, the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is clamped onto the turbo outlet of the Mercedes Benz E-class coupe (C238)'s turbo outlet via the original exhaust clamp (shown in the picture below). Just a direct swap, no furhter mod is required.


At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is clamped onto the rest of the Mercedes Benz E-class coupe (C238)'s stock exhaust system (as shown in the picture below).
