We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe to yet another BMW F30 330e (B48B20 engine) here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

In the below picture, the BMW F30 330e (B48) factory stock original downpipe and the SUPERCIRCUIT free flow catless downpipe which is fully made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel turbo flange, for flawless fitment and long lasting performance.

The SUPERCIRCUIT BMW F30 330e (B48) Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application.

At the top, it is clamped onto the turbo oulet straight and at the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, and at the other end it connects to the rest of the BMW F30 330e's factory stock catback exhaust system via a slip joint. No cut or weld is required during the installation.

BMW F30 330e (B48) Downpipe

Here is yet another SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe installed to the BMW F30 330e.

The downpipe of the 6th generation BMW 3-series (F30) 330e plug-in hybrid with the B48B20 engine is indicated in the picture below and can be accessed fairly straight forward with just any workshop tools.

Comparing the BMW F30 330e factory stock downpipe and the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe in the picture below. The factory stock downpipe comes with a huge catalytic converter and the SUPERCIRCUIT catless which promotes higher exhaust flow efficiency, hence faster turbo spooling, more responsive at lower rpm range and higher engine output too!

At the top, the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is installed to the turbo outlet via the original clamp and at the bottom, it is connected to the rest of the factory stock exhaust system via a slip-joint. The downpipe is designed for direct swap and is 100% compatible with the factory stock cat-back exhaust system, no mod or weld is required during the installation.

BMW F30 330e (B48) Downpipe

The F30 is the first in the BMW 3-series history to have the entire range fitted with the turbo charged engine. From 2016 onward, the facelifted 3-series (LCI) model has been updated with the B48 engine and below is the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe developed for the B48B20 engine and fitted to the BMW F30 330e.

The BMW F30 330e (B48) factory stock original downpipe vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT free flow catless downpipe which is fully made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and TIG/Argon welded for flawless fitment and long lasting performance.

The SUPERCIRCUIT BMW F30 330e downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is designed for direct bolt-on application. The CNC machined stainless steel flange clamped onto the B48B20's turbo outlet via the factory original metal clamp at the front and at the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is connected to the rest of the BMW F30 330e factory stock catback exhaust system via a slip-joint as shown below. So the whole installation is just fully bolt-on, no cut or weld is required.

BMW F30 330e Downpipe

The BMW F30 330e features an inline 4-cylinder engine (code B48) with manufacturer claimed peak 181hp and 290Nm of torque. When combined with the electric motor, the 330e overall output is topped at 248 hp and 420 Nm.
