Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21) Headers

The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Headers/ Extractor made for the 2nd generation Suzuki Swift 1.5L ZC21 (2004-2010) is installed to the car below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Suzuki Swift 1.5 extractor is made of grade 304 stainless steel CNC mandrel bent pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop and installed in-house to ensure perfect fit.

The catless SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Suzuki Swift 1.5 Extractor has larger and longer primary pipes compared to the factory stock extractor (BELOW RIGHT). With the 4-2-1 piping formation, higher torque and horsepower can be extracted. 

The flanges of the SUPERCIRCUIT Suzuki Swift 1.5 extractor is made with high precision laser cut stainless steel piece and fully TIG/Argon welded.

The EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) pipe of the Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21) is not to be omitted, so not check engine light issue after the extractor is installed.

Suzuki Swift Sport 1.6 ZC32S Headers/ Extractor

We have developed a set of 4-2-1 Headers/ Exhaust Extractor for the 3rd generation Suzuki Swift Sport 1.6 (ZC32S) and installed to it. Here are the photos:

The M16A in-line 4 cylinder power plant on the 3rd generation Suzuki Swift Sport. 

The exhaust outlets of the M16A engine shown below, after the factory stock headers is removed. 

The Suzuki Swift Sport factory stock headers with a big catalytic converter vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless larger flow headers (SEE BELOW).

The O.D. of the SUPERCIRCUIT headers are 1-3/4" - 2.0" - 2.5" which gives higher exhaust flow efficiency and a lot less restrictive, hence better performance.

Made of grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes, even the flanges are done in grade 304 stainless steel, then full TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.

The factory stock metal gasket is to be reutilized during the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers, so great care must be taken while taking off the stock headers.

SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is designed to 100% bolt-on, no further modification needed during the installation.

Suzuki Swift 1.4 Exhaust Header R&D

We have conducted an R&D with two header designs on the 3rd generation auto transmission Suzuki Swift 1.4L (ZC82S), namely the 4-2-1 and 4-1 exhaust header, to see if they do any good with this 1.4L K14B inline 4-cylinder engine.

We produced both the exhaust headers with grade 304 stainless steel CNC mandrel bent pipings and full TIG/Argon welded.

Comparing the factory stock standard Suzuki Swift 1.4L exhaust header, the stainless steel 4-2-1 and the 4-1 header (LEFT TO RIGHT). Note the right most header is turned 

We brought all three exhaust headers onto the dyno machine and here is the results.

The horse power and torque improved. Based on the air-fuel ratio graph, there are plenty of rooms for further ecu tuning or remapping if more horse power is desired.
