Ford Focus ST (3rd Gen) Downpipe & Exhaust Customization

Another exhaust customization done by SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop - 2013 Ford Focus ST exhaust system.

Factory stock exhaust system is in the process of being removed.

Replaced with the SuperCircuit race oriented 2.5" sport exhaust system with lighter in weight and better exhaust flow, it has only two resonators!

SuperCircuit custom made sport exhaust system is installed to the 2013 Ford Focus ST with 2.0 Ecoboost turbo engine.  

We bring the Ford Focus ST for a dyno run before and after the exhaust is installed.

We recorded impressive improvements both the horse power and torque on the Ford Focus ST!

The turbo downpipe plays an important role in the performance. The SuperCircuit 2.5" cat deleted Ford Focus ST turbo downpipe VS. the factory stock downpipe in the background.

All of the above exhaust system is made with grade 304 stainless steel piping, then CNC mandrel bent to shape and hand welded with TIG-Argon welding.

Toyota 86 Cat Delete Pipe

SuperCircuit has produced the Cat Delete Test Pipe for Toyota 86 in 2.5" stainless steel mandrel bent piping.

The stock Toyota 86 exhaust pipe with catalytic converter.

The stock VS. SuperCircuit cat delete pipe. Note the cat delete pipe is still a pre-production one.

The production version. One piece mandrel bent piping formation, no joining, no flaw.

Stainless steel flange is used.
