BMW F20 120i Downpipe

Just like the other BMW's that we have installed with the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipes, there is no exception for the BMW 1-series.

We have installed the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe to the BMW F20 120i below.


The BMW F20 120i comes with the 1.6L turbo-charged 4-cylinder engine code name N13B16 claimed to have 177hp and 250Nm of torque delivered to the rear wheels via an 8-speed auto gearbox.

The BMW F20 120i factory stock downpipe is removed from the turbo (SEE BELOW).

The BMW F20 120i turbo is located quite high at the engine bay and can be accessed easily (SEE BELOW). 


Just clamp-on, no screw! The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made of full 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipe and full TIG/Argon welded on high precision CNC machined stainless steel flange to ensure perfect fit (SEE BELOW).



At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is a slip-on joint where it is connected to the factory stock catback exhaust system. The downpipe is 100% compatible with the factory exhaust system, no cut or weld is required during the installation.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is ideal for ecu tuning or ecu reflashing needs, even though it can also be installed alone without tuning. CEL issue can be countered with a Mini Cat or an O2 sensor defouler.

Mercedes Benz A250 (W176) Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless downpipe made for the Mercedes Benz A250 (W176) is installed and tested. Here are the pictures during the installation.


The SUPERCIRCUIT oversized downpipe is catless vs. the Mercedes Benz A250 downpipe. The catless downpipe is less restrictive and promote better exhaust flow, hence lower EGT and faster turbo spool.

The stainless steel flanges are made from high precision CNC machining, it fits nicely to the Mercedes Benz A250 turbo outlet. Just straight bolt-on.


All fabricated with 304 stainless steel CNC mandrel bent pipes and TIG/Argon welded.

BMW Z4 E89 (28i) Downpipe

The 2nd generation BMW Z4 (E89) 28i with the turbocharged N20B20 engine is claimed to be able to produce 241hp and 350Nm of torque by the manufacturer.

With the SUPERCIRCUIT cat deleted downpipe, the turbo will spool faster and at least extra 10hp gain can be expected.


The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is designed to be able to bolt-on straight to the factory stock turbo outlet and is 100% compatible with the rest of the BMW Z4 exhaust system.


The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe for the BMW Z4 28i (E89) is made of oversized grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and full TIG/Argon welded.


At the turbo end, the SUPERCIRCUIT BMW Z4 downpipe flange is made of CNC machined stainless steel to ensure perfect fit.


At the other end of the downpipe, it is a slot-in joint connecting the downpipe to the rest of the BMW Z4 exhaust system (a.k.a. catback exhaust system). Just straight bolt-on, no cut or welding is required for the installation.

BMW F10 520i Downpipe

The BMW F10 520i comes with the N20B20 engine which is similar to the one on the BMW F30 320i, but the downpipe is not exactly similar.

Here is how we installed the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe to the BMW F10 520i.

The BMW F10 520i factory stock downpipe vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe. The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe has larger pipe size to promote better exhaust flow with less restriction, hence faster turbo spool and higher engine output.

BMW F30 320i Downpipe

We have just installed the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe to the BMW F30 320i. The downpipe is fabricated and installed by SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop to ensure everything is straight bolt-on and fitted nicely.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed to bolt-on straight to the turbo outlet of the BMW F30 320i N20B20. At the other end of the downpipe, it is compatible with the stock exhaust system, no weld or cut is required during the installation.

Audi A4 (B8) 2.0T Downpipe

A less restrictive turbo downpipe will promote higher exhaust flow and make the turbo spool faster, hence a higher engine output can be achieved. The same theory goes to the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe made for the Audi A4 (B8) 2.0T.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Audi A4 (B8) 2.0T downpipe is designed to be able to bolt-on straight to the turbo outlet and is compatible with the rest of the factory stock exhaust system. (SEE BELOW)

Ford Fiesta 1.0 Ecoboost Downpipe

Another Ford Fiesta 1.0 ecoboost installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is fabricated for direct bolt-on to the Ford Fiesta 1.0 ecoboost factory stock exhaust system, no further cut or weld is required.


The factory stock heat shield is installed back in position, it is neat. You don't realize the downpipe has been decated.

Under the engine, the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe goes smoothly underneath and joining the factory stock catback exhaust system. Just straight bolt-on, no further modification is needed during the installation.


Comparison between the Ford Fiesta 1.0 ecoboost stock downpipe and the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe (SEE  BELOW). The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is not only has a larger pipe size, it is catless to get rid of the restriction and promote higher exhaust flow to allow the turbo to spool faster. 


The SUPERCIRCUIT is fully TIG/Argon welded on stainless steel flanges.



And it is weight saving too!
