Honda Integra DC5 Exhaust Customisation

This week at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, we did another exhaust customisation project for the Honda Integra DC5 Type-R.

The famous Honda K20A power plant...

SuperCircuit 4-2-1 stainless steel extractor is installed to the K20A power plant.

Mandrel bent centre piping, TIG welded with one centre resonator set up.

Rear S-flow muffler, bassy and not so loud... as requested by the owner.

Titanium exhaust tip adds extra flair....

Finally, the performance matters. We sent the car onto dyno machine before and after the exhaust mod. To ensure there is horse power gain. At SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, we not only provide top notch craftmanships, top quality materials, but also maximized performance.

Horse power gained 10.03ps from 185.83 to 195.86ps. Torque gained 0.85KgM from 18.42 to 19.27Kg-M.

The owner drove the Honda Integra DC5 out from SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bay with smile.... :-)

Lexus IS250 exhaust customisation

This week we have done a full set exhaust customisation for Lexus IS250 at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop. This is a V6 2.5L engine, so we decide to give it a double independent exhaust piping set up all along the way from the front to the back.

The original exhaust system of this IS250 is taken down for measurement and mandrel bending purposes.

Part of the exhaust is installed.

Men at work, to ensure everything is in good order.

It is a double independent piping set up from both side of the engine, all along the way to the back. The exhaust flows from both sides of the V6 engine will get no interference from each other at all. Twin rear mufflers are custom made for this car, then matched with titanium exhaust tips.

The car is then send for dyno test and further engine upgrades.

Honda Civic FN2 Type-R Full Exhaust Customisation

The visit of the Honda Civic FN2R to SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop recently, let us have the opportunity to custom made a full set of exhaust system for this car.

To take out the stock extractor is never easy, especially with such limited engine bay space on this car. But we managed to do it.

The SuperCircuit 4-2-1 stainless steel extractor is just plug 'n play for this car, no further mod is required. Will fit nicely to the stock exhaust system as well. Be warned, it is decated.

The new one with mandrel bent 2.5" stainless steel piping is being assembled. Note the 20" oval stainless steel muffler box is custom made for this car by SuperCircuit.

It is done! The full mandrel bent, TIG welded, full stainless steel exhaust system for Honda Civic FN2 Type-R!

SuperCircuit Honda Civic FD2 Extractor

The SuperCircuit 4-2-1 extractor for Honda Civic FD2 is made of high grade 304 stainless steel, mandrel bent and CNC machined flange, then TIG/Argon welded to perfection.

Installed to the Honda Civic FD2 below:

Compare the stock standard (left) vs. the SuperCircuit performance extractor (right). The SuperCircuit extractor has almost equal length on all the piping to ensure smooth exhaust flow.

Fitted nicely into the opening. The SuperCircuit Honda Civic FD2 extractor is strictly bolt-on only, no further mod is required.

The dyno chart says everything....

Honda Civic FD2 Mandrel Bent Exhaust System

If you choose to customise your car's exhaust system at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop, you have made the right decision.

One important feature when it comes to do the exhaust centre piping is to minimize the joining as many as possible, secondly make sure the piping diameter is consistant along the bends of the exhaust system; that's why we choose to do it with 'mandrel bending' process.

We have installed the BMW E85 Header or Extractor by SuperCircuit to this beautiful machine.

Stock vs. SuperCircuit catless extractor. Notice the way how the SuperCircuit extractor piping runs? This is how the SuperCircuit extractor makes your car throttle more reponsive due to less restriction hence smother exhaust flow.

Audi A4 (B8) Downpipe & Customized Exhaust System

We have installed the downpipe with high flow catalytic converter to this Audi A4 (B8); and the whole cat back exhaust will be customised to complement to the engine mod and higher performance output. So, here it is.....
