<MATERIALS>
All SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust products are made of grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes.
The car exhaust system made with stainless steel pipes are proven to give smoother exhaust flow because of the rust-proof shinning inner surface of the pipes, minimizing restriction due to carbon deposition. Mandrel bent pipes do not crease or wrinkle at the bend and maintain consistent inner diameter all along the whole exhaust system hence better engine performance.
With the In-house mandrel bending machine at SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop, we are able to bend and craft the shape of exhaust piping to our liking.
The madrel balls inside the pipe (shown below), all bends are computer numerical controlled for an accurate and precise bending degree.
Consistent inner diameter all along the piping can be achieved with the mandrel bent machine.
Flanges are mostly made with high precision laser cut 10-12mm thickness stainless steel for durability and perfect fit.
