STEP 1: Identify the type of exhaust muffler that suits your car. Consult our sales person for different kind of mufflers e.g. S-flow, Straight-flow, Semi S-flow muffler box for different exhaust sound effect or listen to the video clips we have recorded from our previous exhaust jobs.
STEP 2: Once the desired exhaust setup is confirmed. The original exhaust system is removed carefully from the car. Exhaust components will be put on for a trial fitting to ensure everything will be nicely fitted and there is enough clearance for the larger piping, muffler or resonator.
STEP 3: Get ready all the required flanges, pipes and elbows. All pipes are made of 304 mandrel bent stainless steel with no crease at the bend for optimum exhaust flow.
STEP 4: Spot weld to secure the position of each sections including the exhaust tips.
STEP 5: Bring the whole exhaust down and weld with TIG/Argon welding. Components such as hanging rod, O2 sensor bung and flanges are made of grade 304 stainless steel.
STEP 6: After everything is welded, reinstall the custom made exhaust system back onto the car and start the engine. QC to check leaking, welding cracks and places where there is possibility for the exhaust to hit onto the car body when driving.
All custom made exhaust systems are covered with 1 Year Product Warranty from resonators, mufflers to tailpipes.
