Toyota Vios (NCP151) Extractor

Featured here is the tuned-length Exhaust Headers/ Extractor develop for the Toyota Vios's (NCP151) 2NR-FE engine.


The updated Toyota Vios (with the model code NCP151) comes with the 2NR-FE engine as shown in the pictures below.  


The factory stock original headers has been removed for the Toyota Vios's 2NR-FE 1.5L engine and the SUPERCIRCUIT tuned-length Headers is in place of it.


The SUPERCIRCUIT tuned-length exhaust headers is specially created for better torque and performance. It is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application to the 2NR-FE engine as shown in the pictures below.





The 3rd generation Toyota Vios comes in two types of 1.5L engine, namely the 1NZ-FE on the NCP150 and the 2NR-FE on the NCP151 chassis. We have developed the high performance exhaust headers for both the models, see here for the Headers develop for the Toyota Vios NCP150 1NZ-FE engine.

Ford Ranger Wildtrak 2.0 Bi-turbo Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application to the Ford Ranger Wildtrak 2.0 Bi-turbo engine.




The catless downpipe is a lot less restrictive and promotes better exhaust flow, hence faster turbo spooling, lesser turbo lag and at the same time creating higher torque and horsepower. This is further proven on the dyno machine.

Yet another Toyota 86 installed the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers for a more significant and sweeter boxer sound!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Un-Equal Length (UEL) exhaust headers is specially created for the Toyota 86/ Subaru BR-Z and is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application.

Toyota 86 EL Headers

Yet another Toyota 86 installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Equal-length (EL) Headers for better output and performance.


The catless SUPERCIRCUIT equal-length headers is made of full grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application.


The SUPERCIRCUIT EL Exhaust Headers Kit comes with the 'over pipe' as shown in the below picture, both are fully compatible with the factory stock Toyota 86 cat-back exhaust system for direct bolt-on application. No further modification is required during the installation.

9th gen. Honda Accord 2.0 Exhaust Headers/ Extractor

We have just installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers/ Extractor to the 9th generation Honda Accord 2.0 below.


The factory stock original headers/ extractor is removed for the 9th gen. Honda Accord 2.0 (R20Z1) engine as shown in the pictures below.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers/ Extractor made for the 9th generation Honda Accord 2.0 is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for direct bolt-on application.




Compared with the factory stock original header which has a huge catalytic converter, the SUPERCIRCUIT catless header has a lot less restriction, promotes better exhaust flow and higher engine output.

Honda CR-Z (ZF1) Headers + Cat Pipe

Yet another Honda CR-Z (ZF1) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers + Cat Pipe Kit for better exhaust flow and higher engine output.



Shown below is the Honda CR-Z's 1.5L i-VTEC SOHC inline-4 engine [designated as LEA-MF6 (i-VTEC + Integrated Motor Assist (IMA) hybrid-electric system].


The Honda CR-Z factory stock headers and cat pipe which come with a catalytic converter each VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT stainless steel 'catless' ones.



The below picture shows the exhaust outlet of the Honda CR-Z's engine, after the factory stock original headers is removed. Note the original metal gasket will be reused during the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers later.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda CR-Z Headers is fully made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application.


Similarly, the SUPERCIRCUIT Cat Pipe is also designed to get rid of the restriction and is made for direct bolt-on application too, as shown in the picture below.

Honda City GM6 Exhaust Headers/ Extractor

The below SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers/ extractor is designed for direct bolt-on to the facelifted Honda City GM6.




The facelifted Honda City GM6 is available from early 2017 with the same 1.5L (L15Z1 SOHC) that powered the pre-facelift model.



The factory stock exhaust headers is removed from the engine of the Honda City GM6 as shown below and the original headers come with a huge catalytic converter, where the SUPERCIRCUIT Header is 'catless' and made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes, then fully TIG/Argon hand welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct  bolt-on application.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is a lot less restrictive compared to the factory stock original one, hence better engine output can be achieved!

Subaru Impreza (GR) WRX STI Downpipe

Here is yet another Subaru Impreza (GR) WRX STI installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe for better and unrestricted exhaust flow, hence faster turbo spooling and higher engine output.


The turbo downpipe is located behind the intercooler of the EJ257 engine below, so the intercooler and all the pipes connected to it has to be removed during the downpipe installation.



Designed for direct bolt-on application, the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flange.


It is bolted onto the turbo outlet at the top and fully compatible with the Subaru Impreza WRX STI factory stock catback exhaust system at the bottom. No further mod or weld is required during installation.
