Honda CR-Z Headers

Yet another HONDA CR-Z (ZF1) installed the stainless steel SUPERCIRCUIT Headers for better engine performance and gains here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays!

The Honda CR-Z (ZF1) factory stock original headers with the heat shield removed (right) VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless headers (left) which is fully made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges.

Note the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is compatible with the original heat shield. The original heat sheild can be installed back in place. More images and information here.


The Honda CR-Z exhaust headers/ extractor is located at the rear of the engine, facing the firewall. The picture below shows how the original metal gasket looks like after the factory stock headers is removed.

The picture below shows after the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is installed to the Honda CR-Z LEA 1.5L engine and before the original heat shield is being putting back in place.


The direct bolt-on SuperCircuit Honda CR-Z Header is fabricated with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes, then TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for flawless fitment and long lasting performance!

Honda CR-Z (ZF1) Headers + Cat Pipe

Yet another Honda CR-Z (ZF1) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers + Cat Pipe Kit for better exhaust flow and higher engine output.



Shown below is the Honda CR-Z's 1.5L i-VTEC SOHC inline-4 engine [designated as LEA-MF6 (i-VTEC + Integrated Motor Assist (IMA) hybrid-electric system].


The Honda CR-Z factory stock headers and cat pipe which come with a catalytic converter each VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT stainless steel 'catless' ones.



The below picture shows the exhaust outlet of the Honda CR-Z's engine, after the factory stock original headers is removed. Note the original metal gasket will be reused during the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers later.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda CR-Z Headers is fully made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application.


Similarly, the SUPERCIRCUIT Cat Pipe is also designed to get rid of the restriction and is made for direct bolt-on application too, as shown in the picture below.

Honda CR-Z Headers/ Extractor

The Honda CR-Z (ZF1) factory stock headers with a huge catalytic converter (right) vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT free flow headers in full grade 304 stainless steel.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda CR-Z headers/ extractor is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for optimum exhaust flow and long lasting performance.



In the pictures below, the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers/ Extractor is installed to the Honda CR-Z's 1.5L code name LEA-MF6 (i-VTEC + IMA). The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers/ Extractor is designed for direct bolt-on, no further mod is required during the installation.

Honda CR-Z (ZF1) Exhaust Headers/ Extractor

Yet another Honda CR-Z (ZF1) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers.


The Honda CR-Z (ZF1) is powered by an inline 4-cylinder LEA I4 1,496cc SOHC 16-valve i-VTEC with IMA hybrid technology (in the below picture) converts power from both petrol and electric motor to the two front wheels.


The exhaust headers/ extractor is located at the rear of the engine. The picture below shows how the original metal gasket looks like after the factory stock headers is removed.

You don't see the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers anymore once the original factory stock heat shield is being installed onto it. The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda CR-Z (ZF1) Headers is designed for direct bolt-on application and is compatible with the factory original heat shield.
