Honda CR-Z Headers

Yet another HONDA CR-Z (ZF1) installed the stainless steel SUPERCIRCUIT Headers for better engine performance and gains here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays!

The Honda CR-Z (ZF1) factory stock original headers with the heat shield removed (right) VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless headers (left) which is fully made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges.

Note the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is compatible with the original heat shield. The original heat sheild can be installed back in place. More images and information here.

The Honda CR-Z exhaust headers/ extractor is located at the rear of the engine, facing the firewall. The picture below shows how the original metal gasket looks like after the factory stock headers is removed.

The picture below shows after the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is installed to the Honda CR-Z LEA 1.5L engine and before the original heat shield is being putting back in place.

The direct bolt-on SuperCircuit Honda CR-Z Header is fabricated with grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes, then TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for flawless fitment and long lasting performance!

Honda CR-Z Noblesse Style axle-back exhaust customization

We have customized a set of Axle-back Exhaust System for the Honda CR-Z installed with Noblesse Style bodykit.

The Noblesse style bodykit for Honda CR-Z has the two tailpipes at the middle of the rear bumper, so we have to custom made a set of axle back to direct the exhaust flow the the middle of the rear bumper accordingly.

Here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, we provide to notched workmanship and materials for your exhaust needs. The Honda CR-Z axle-back muffler is made with stainless steel, and all the piping, hooks even to the welding is done strictly by stainless steel!

Honda CR-Z Header

Yet another Honda CR-Z installed with the SuperCircuit cat-deleted header for better torque and smoother response.

The Hybrid powered Honda CR-Z's 1.5 L LEA I4 1,496cc SOHC 16-valve i-VTEC with IMA technology converts power from both petrol and electric motor to the two front wheels.

We further improve the torque and horse power by deleting the stock catalytic converter on the original header and replaced with the SuperCircit Honda CR-Z cat-deleted header below.

The SuperCircuit header for Honda CR-Z with heat shield brackets is compatible with the original heat shield, so the original heat shield can be installed back in position for better heat control at the Honda CR-Z engine bay.

The SuperCircuit Honda CR-Z Header is made with grade 304 stainless steel for rust-proof and durability, CNC mandrel bent piping to ensure smooth exhaust flow and TIG/Argon welded by our master craftsmen here at SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.
