The picture below shows how the turbo outlet of the VW Golf 6 R's 1,984cc (engine code CDLF/CDLC) looks like, after the factory stock original downpipe is removed.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on application, the flange is machined from stainless steel for extra durability and for direct bolt onto the turbo outlet of the VW Golf6 R as shown in the picture below.

As for the bottom end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is a slip-joint which is fully compatible with the VW Golf 6 R's original cat-back exhaust system and fastened by the original exhaust clamp as shown in the pictures below.

We have just installed yet another SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe to the most powerful 2.0 litre four-cylinder engine in mass production model, the performance model of the 3rd generation A-class (W176) Mercedes-AMG A45's M133 turbocharged engine, that capable of 381 hp and 475 Nm at peak as claimed.

The Mercedes-AMG A45 factory stock downpipe VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe. The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is made with larger bore grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for perfect fitment and long lasting performance.

The SUPERCIRCUIT AMG A45 Downpipe is designed to clamp-on straight and replacing the factory stock downpipe with a catless one. No further modification is required during the installation.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is installed to the Mercedes-AMG A45 turbo via the factory stock original exhaust clamp. No mod is required.

When the engine cover and heat shield is back in place, the downpipe is just looks neat and original at the engine bay of the Merc-AMG A45.

Mercedes Benz A250 (W177) Downpipe

The 2.0L turbo charged engine (code M260 E20 DE LA) on the Mercedes Benz A250 (W177) is capable of 221hp and 350Nm of peak performance as claimed by the manufacturer.

Compared to the Mercedes Benz A250 (W177) factory stock original downpipe shown in the picture below, the catless SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe promotes better exhaust flow and the output of the engine can be higher.

 

The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges for direct bolt-on application. The heat shield can also be installed back in place for a neat engine bay just like the original.

We have just installed the SUPERCIRCUIT direct bolt-on Downpipe to the BMW F30 328i (N20 engine) below.

Here is how the turbo outlet looks like on the BMW F30 328i, after the factory stock original downpipe is removed from the N20B20 engine.
