Audi A5 Sportback 2.0TFSI Downpipe

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe to the 1st generation Audi A5 Sportback (8T; 2007-2016) with the 2.0 TFSI engine shown below.



The factory stock downpipe on the Audi A5 2.0TFSI is located at the left side, as highlighted in the picture below, when the bonnet is popped up and can be removed fairly easily as shown in the picture further below.





The catless SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe in full stainless steel VS. the factory stock Audi A5 2.0TFSI which has a huge catalytic converter.

Toyota Vios NCP151 Exhaust Headers/ Extractor

The 2016 updated Toyota Vios is fitted with the 2NR-FE Dual VVTi engine and the exhaust headers/ extractor is totally different from the 1NZ-FE engine used previously.

Therefore, we have to redesign and R&D a completely new headers for this Toyota Vios 1.5 with the 2NR-FE engine. 


The below picture shows how the exhaust outlet ports look like after the factory stock original extractor/ exhaust headers is removed from the 2NR-FE engine block.



The factory stock original exhaust headers from the 2NR-FE of the Toyota Vios NCP151 vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT high performance headers/ extractor fully made of stainless steel.

The tuned-length 4-2-1 formation of the SUPERCIRCUIT headers is carefully engineered and designed to create more low-end torque and higher horsepower over the factory stock original!


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 exhaust headers is designed for direct bolt-on application. It is just a straight swap, no cut or weld is required during the installation process.

Subaru XV Exhaust Headers + Cat Pipe

Here is yet another set of SUPERCIRCUIT Equal Length Headers and Cat Pipe supplied and installed to the 1st generation Subaru XV here at our installation bays.


The EL (equal-length) exhaust headers are made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded to optimize exhaust flow and durability.

The secondary catalytic converter on the Subaru XV is replaced with the SUPERCIRCUIT Cat Pipe which is made of larger bore mandrel bent stainless steel pipes.


Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers and Cat Pipe is designed for direct bolt-on application and is fully compatible with the Subaru XV factory stock original exhaust system as shown in the picture below, no mod or cut is required during the installation.


Both the EL (equal-length) and UEL (un-equal-length) Headers developed for the 1st gen. Subaru XV are available from SUPERCIRCUIT.

Subaru Impreza WRX STI Sedan (GVB) Downpipe


The Subaru Impreza WRX STI Sedan (GVB) is at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays for the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe upgrade.



The top part of the factory stock downpipe can be accessed after the top mount intercooler is removed as shown in the picture below.


Once those nuts that fasten the original downpipe to the turbo outlet are removed, the downpipe then can be taken out from undercarriage of the Subaru Impreza WRX STI Sedan.



This is how the single-scroll turbo outlet of the Subaru Impreza WRX STI Sedan (GVB) after the factory stock downpipe is removed from the EJ257 boxer engine.

In the picture below, the Subaru Impreza WRX STI Sedan's factory stock original downpipe with two huge restrictive catalytic converters VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT free flow downpipe.



The flange of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is made of CNC manchined stainless steel flange and fully TIG/Argon welded for direct bolt-on application to the Subaru Impreza WRX STI Sedan (GVB).




At the other end of the downpipe, it is designed to be compatible with the factory stock cat-back or other direct bolt-on exhaust system, so no mod or weld is required during the installation process.



The top mount intercooler is back in place onto the EJ257 boxer engine after the downpipe is installed.

Toyota 86 EL Headers + Over Pipe Kit

Here is yet another Toyota 86 installed the SUPERCIRCUIT EL Headers + Over Pipe Kit for better exhaust flow and smoother power band.



In the picture below, the high performance Equal-length (EL) SUPERCIRCUIT Headers vs. the Toyota 86 factory stock original headers.


The SUPERCIRCUIT headers is designed to allow all the exhaust flows from both sides of the boxer engine to travel at the same distance before merging at the final collector, for lesser exhaust turbulence, hence called the 'equal-length' or EL Headers.

Matched with the over-sized Over Pipe (see below picture) made with mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is also fully welded with TIG/Argon welding for optimum exhaust flow efficency.



The below picture shows how the exhaust outlet ports looks like after the factory stock original exhaust headers is removed from the Toyota 86 4U-GSE (FA-20 H4) boxer engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT EL Headers is designed for direct bolt-on application to the Toyota 86 4U-GSE/ Subaru BRZ FA-20 H4 engine. No mod or cut is required during the installation and is fully compatible with the rest of the factory stock original exhaust system as shown in the picture far below.

Honda City GM2 Exhaust Headers/ Extractor

Here is the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers/ Extractor developed for the 5th generation Honda City GM2 (2008-2014).



The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for optimum exhaust flow and durability.




The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is designed for the Honda City GM2's L15A7 i-VTEC SOHC engine shown below and it is compatible with the original heat shield, so the engine bay looks neat and tidy after the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is installed.





View from the undercarriage, the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers is connected to the rest of the factory stock cat-back exhaust system with the original conical gasket reinstalled back onto it. No cut or weld is required during the whole installation process.

SUPERCIRCUIT Honda CR-Z Exhaust Headers with compatible Heat Shield brackets

We have supplied and installed countless of SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust headers to the Honda CR-Z (ZF1) since it was launched in 2010 till today and not many knows that the SUPERCIRCUIT headers/ Extractor are actually compatible with the original heat shield, so we decided to show you how.


The Honda CR-Z (ZF1) factory stock headers, in the left of the picture below, with the original heat shield removed VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless headers which is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges.



The factory stock original exhaust headers of the Honda CR-Z (ZF1) comes with the heat shield as shown in the picture below.


View from the other side of the factory stock original exhaust headers of the Honda CR-Z (ZF1). The original heat shield is bolted onto the headers but can be removed fairly easily.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Headers/ Extractor comes with the compatible brackets that allow the Honda CR-Z Heat Shield to be reinstall to it without any hassle and fuss.



During the process, install the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers first to the exhaust outlet of the Honda CR-Z 1.5L IMA engine, then install the heat shield onto the brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers.
