Honda CR-Z (ZF1) Exhaust Header/ Extractor

Here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, we have supplied and installed countless of SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Header/ Extractor to the Honda CR-Z (ZF1) since it was launched in 2010 till today and not many knows that the SUPERCIRCUIT headers/ Extractor are actually compatible with the original heat shield.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda CR-Z (ZF1) Exhaust Header/ Extarctor is developed for the inline 4-cylinder 1.5L LEA I4 SOHC 16-valve i-VTEC with IMA hybrid technology and the factory stock exhaust header can be found behind the engine as indicated in this picture.


Shown in the picture below, the exhaust outlet of the Honda CR-Z's 1.5L LEA engine, after the factory stock header is removed. Note the original metal gasket in the picture, it will be reused during the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT header later.


Pictured below, the SUPERCIRCUIT catless headers vs. the Honda CR-Z factory stock original headers which has a huge catalytic converter.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda CR-Z headers/ extractor is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/ARgon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for optimum exhaust flow and long lasting performance.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers/ Extractor is installed to the Honda CR-Z's 1.5L code name LEA-MF6 (i-VTEC + IMA). It is designed for direct bolt-on, no further mod is required during the installation.


The O2 sensor and original heat shield is installed back in place.

Audi S5 (B8) 3.0TFSI Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT sport downpipes made for Audi S5 (B8) V6 3.0 TFSI remove the restriction of the catalytic converter and improve the exhaust flow efficiency for faster turbo spooling, hence higher torque and horsepower can be achieved.

The factory stock Audi S5 (B8) 3.0 TFSI downpipes can be removed from the undercarriage as shown in the picture below.


The factory stock downpipes are removed from the Audi S3 (B8)'s V6 3.0 TFSI engine.

Subaru Forester (SJ) Headers & Cat Pipe

The below direct bolt-on SUPERCIRCUIT Headers & Cat Pipe made for the 4th generation Subaru Forester (SJ) 2.0 is designed to improve the exhaust flow efficiency and get rid of the exhaust restriction for better and smoother engine output!


The Subaru Forester (SJ)'s factory stock original exhaust headers & front pipe (LEFT) vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT's headers & cat-delete pipe in grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel with full TIG/Argon welding!

Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers & Cat Pipe are catless for an unrestricted exhaust flow hence better and smoother powerband.


In the below picture, the undercarriage of the Subaru Forester (SJ) with the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers & Cat Pipe is installed. Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Headers & Cat Pipe is desigend to replace the factory stock primary catalytic converter at the headers and the secondary catalytic converter at the front pipe.


The tuned-length catless SUPERCIRCUIT Headers, bolted onto the Subaru Forester (SJ)'s FB20B 2.0L boxer engine shown below, is designed for direct swap with the factory stock headers. It is made with larger bore grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel tubings and fully TIG/argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application.


The catless SUPERCIRCUIT Cat Pipe, which replaces the front pipe, is made with 2.5" mandrel bent stainless steel tubings and fully TIG/Argon welded for direct bolt-on application. No mod or weld is required during the installation process.

Here is the Mazda RX-8 cat-back exhaust system hand fabricated by the master craftsmen here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop.

This cat-back exhaust system is custom made with double s-flow rear muffler and fully done in grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and TIG/Argon welded with top notched craftsmanship.

Match the above cat-back exhaust system with the direct bolt-on SUPERCIRCUIT Mazda RX-8 Headers for optimum performance.

Audi S4 (B8) Avant 3.0TFSI Downpipes

The SUPERCIRCUIT sport downpipes made for the 5th generation Audi S4 (B8) Avant V6 3.0 TFSI remove the restriction of the catalytic converter and improve the exhaust flow efficiency for faster turbo spooling, hence better low-end torque and higher horit is ideal for Stage II ECU remapping too!

SUBARU IMPREZA WRX STI (GDB) Exhaust Header + Up Pipe

We have installed a set of SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Header + Twin Scroll Up Pipe Kit to the Subaru Impreza WRX STI (GDB) shown below.


Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Header & the Twin Srcoll Turbo Up Pipe is made with larger size stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on laser cut stainless steel flanges for direct swap with the original one shown on the left in the picture below.


Pictured below, the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Header & Up Pipe Kit is bolted onto the EJ20 boxer engine on the SUBARU Impreza WRX STI (GDB).


This exhaust header comes with the Twin Scroll Turbo Up Pipe as a complete kit which is designed to fit the SUBARU Impreza WRX STI (GDB)'s EJ20 boxer engine, no cut or weld is required during the installation process.

Audi 1.8 TFSI (B8) Avant Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is supplied and installed to the Audi 1.8 TFSI (B8) Avant station wagon/estate shown below, for ecu remapping and turning purposes.

Proton X70 (CBU) Downpipe

A good and efficient turbo downpipe will improve turbo spooling, hence will gain more horsepower, better torque and reducing turbo lag.

Here is the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe made for the Proton X70 1.8L turbo-charged engine (code 4G18TDB).



The factory stock original downpipe with a huge catalytic converter VS. the SUPERCIRUCIT free flow downpipe shown in the picture below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is a lot less restrictive, promotes better exhaust flow, faster turbo spooling and hence lesser turbo lag and higher low-end torque can be achieved.

Porsche Cayman 987 Headers

We have supplied and installed yet another set set of SUPERCIRCUIT headers to the Porsche Cayman (987) as shown below.


The factory stock original Porsche 987 exhaust headers is located towards the middle of the chassis, just in front of the rear axle, as indicated in the picture here.


This is how the exhaust outlet ports looks like, after the headers are removed from the 2.7L Flat-six boxer engine on this Porsche 987.


The SUPERCIRCUIT custom fabricated exhaust headers are made from grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and are fully TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


The custom made SUPERCIRCUIT headers are designed and built for direct bolt-on to the Porsche 987's 2.7L Flat-six boxer engine.

No mod or cut is required during the installation, it is a direct swap for an unrestricted and better performance.
