Honda CR-Z (ZF1) Exhaust Header/ Extractor

Here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop, we have supplied and installed countless of SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Header/ Extractor to the Honda CR-Z (ZF1) since it was launched in 2010 till today and not many knows that the SUPERCIRCUIT headers/ Extractor are actually compatible with the original heat shield.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda CR-Z (ZF1) Exhaust Header/ Extarctor is developed for the inline 4-cylinder 1.5L LEA I4 SOHC 16-valve i-VTEC with IMA hybrid technology and the factory stock exhaust header can be found behind the engine as indicated in this picture.


Shown in the picture below, the exhaust outlet of the Honda CR-Z's 1.5L LEA engine, after the factory stock header is removed. Note the original metal gasket in the picture, it will be reused during the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT header later.


Pictured below, the SUPERCIRCUIT catless headers vs. the Honda CR-Z factory stock original headers which has a huge catalytic converter.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda CR-Z headers/ extractor is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/ARgon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for optimum exhaust flow and long lasting performance.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers/ Extractor is installed to the Honda CR-Z's 1.5L code name LEA-MF6 (i-VTEC + IMA). It is designed for direct bolt-on, no further mod is required during the installation.


The O2 sensor and original heat shield is installed back in place.
