BMW G30 530i LCI Downpipe

Thank you for the customer's support and trust, we have installed yet another SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe to BMW G30 530i LCI.


Pictured below, the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is developed specially for the BMW G30 530i B48 engine. It is made of larger bore grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges and it is designed for direct bolt-on application.

This catless downpipe is a lot less restrictive compared to the factory stock one shown below. The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe promotes better exhaust flow, faster turbo spooling and lesser turbo lag, hence a lot higher horsepower and torque can be achieved.


The flange connected to the turbo outlet of the BMW G30 530i's B48 eigine is CNC machined from stainless steel as shown in the picture below, for direct bolt-on application.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is clamped onto the turbo outlet of the BMW G30 530i (B48B20 engine) as shown in the picture below.


At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is a slip-joint which connects it to the rest of the BMW G30 530i LCI's stock original exhaust system.

No mod is required during the entire installation process, just a direct swap.

Subaru Impreza WRX STI (GDB) Customized Exhaust Header

As one of the leading exhaust manufacturer in the region, we always perform our very best to answer to customer's request for custom exhaust fabrication.

Here is an example of a set of custom made header for the Subaru Impreza WRX STI (GDB) fabricated as per the owner's specifications and requirements.
 


This one-off SUPERCIRCUIT UEL (un-equal length) Exhaust Header is specially custom fabricated for the Subaru Impreza WRX STI (GDB) shown in the picture above.


This SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Exhaust Header is hand fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and TIG/Argon welded by our master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop!


The custom made SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Exhaust Header is installed to the EJ20 engine of this Subaru Impreza WRX STI (GDB).

Subaru WRX S4 J-pipe & Front Pipe

We have installed the SUPERCIRCUIT J-pipe & Front Pipe to the SUBARU WRX S4/ Levorg (VA) here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays!


The stainless steel SUPERCIRCUIT J-pipe and Front Pipe is designed for direct bolt-on to the Subaru WRX STI (VA)'s FA20F turbo charged engine to remove the restriction and for better exhaust flow efficiency. Hence, faster turbo spooling and higher engine output can be achieved!


Both the SUPERCIRCUIT J-pipe & Front Pipe are made from larger bore grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel, then full TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct swap with the factory original cated ones.


The SUPERCIRCUIT J-pipe is directly bolted onto the Subaru WRX S4 (VA)'s turbo outlet (as shown in the picture below), then the Front Pipe follows (in the picture futher below). No cut or weld is required during the installation process.



Both the SUPERCIRCUIT catless J-pipe & Front Pipe are designed to remove the exhaust restriction and bring out the optimum performance of the FA20F engine on the Subaru WRX S4/ Levorg (VA).

Porsche Cayman 987.2 Sport Headers

The SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Headers featured below are developed for the 2nd generation Porsche Cayman/Boxster (987.2) (2009-2012) 2.9L flat-6 engine.


The catless SUPERCIRCUIT Porsche Cayman/ Boxster 987.2 Exhaust Headers is created minimize the exhaust restriction from the catalytic converters and to allow better exhaust flow efficiency, hence higher horsepower can be achieved.

They are fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges as shown in the pictures below.



The Porsche Cayman 981 (LEFT) and Cayman 987.2 (RIGHT) is at our installation bays. We have the SUPERCIRCUIT catless headers made for both the models, to improve the engine output and performance of the vehicles.

Subaru XV1 UEL Headers

The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL (un-equal length) Headers featured below is created for the 1st generation Subaru XV (XV1) not only to improve horsepower and low-end torque, also for superb 'boxer' rumbling exhaust sound!


Firstly, the factory stock original header with catalytic converter is removed from the FB20B engine. The picture below shows how the exhaust ports looks like after the factory stock original exhaust header is removed from the engine.


The SUPERCIRCUIT unequal length headers a.k.a. UEL Headers is designed with the two primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine, traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from another side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic 'Subaru boxer rumble'!


This catless SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Exhaust Header* is hand fabricated with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges by our master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop!


Pictured below, the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Exhaust Header* is installed. It is designed for direct swap and straight bolt-on application, no further modification is required during the installation process.

TOYOTA 86 UEL Header

We have supplied and installed yet another Toyota 86 with the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL (Unequal Length) Headers here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays.


The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for long lasting performance and durability.


The SUPERCIRCUIT unequal length headers a.k.a. UEL Headers is designed with the two primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine, traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from another side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic 'Boxer Engine Rumbles'!


The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers Kit is designed for direct bolt-on application and is fully compatible with the Toyota 86 original undercarriage covers. No mod or cut is required during the installation!

Mini Cooper S (R53) Sport Exhaust Headers

We have supplied and installed yet another Mini Cooper S (R53) showned below with the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Sport Header. This exhaust header is specially crafted for the 1.6 Supercharged Tritec Engine, to remove the restriction for better performance and horsepower!


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Sport Exhasut Headers made for the Mini Cooper S (R53) has long primary pipes that help to create better low-end torque. It is also catless for higher exhaust flow efficiency and less restrictive compared to the factory stock one.


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Sport Exhaust Header is designed for direct bolt-on to the Mini Cooper S (R53) 2000-2006 with supercharged 1.6L Tritec engine. No mod is required during the installation process.

Further more, it is fully made of 304 stainless steel CNC mandrel bent pipes, matched with stainless steel flanges and hand TIG/Argon welded with top notched craftsmanship.


At the front, the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Sport Exhaust Header is designed for direct bolt-on to the Mini Cooper S (R53) 2000-2006 with supercharged 1.6L Tritec engine. No mod is required during the installation process.


The other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Sport Exhaust Header is just simply bolted onto and fully compatible with the factory stock original exhaust system as shown in the picture below. No mod is required.


Note the O2 sensor defoulers are pre-built onto the Mini Cooper S header, to prevent the CEL (check engine light) issue after installing this catless header.

2022 Honda HR-V (RV) e:HEV Header

The catless SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Header shown below is developed for the 2022 Honda HR-V (model code: RV) e:HEV 1.5L (LEB-MMD/LEC-H5/LEC6 DOHC i-MMD) engine, to remove the exhaust restriction and bring out the potential of the engine!


The factory stock exhaust header is located behind the 1.5L (LEB-MMD/LEC-H5/LEC6 DOHC i-MMD) engine, just in front of the firewall as indicated in the picture below.


The factory stock header comes with a heat shield as shown in the picture below, which has to be installed onto the SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust header later.


Pictured below, the Honda HR-V (RV) e:HEV factory stock original header (LEFT) vs. the catless SUPERCIRCUIT Header which is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel & fully TIG/Argon welded. 

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless and free flow header is designed to remove the restriction of the original header, which comes with a huge catalytic converter, for better exhaust flow efficiency hence high torque and horsepower!



The SUPERCIRCUIT Header is fully compatible with the Honda HR-V (RV) original heat sheild, which has to be installed after the header is installed in the picture below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Header is designed for direct bolt-on application as shown in the picture below, no further modification is required during the installation on the Honda HR-V (RV).

Both the factory heat shield (see picture below) and EGR pipe (not shown in the picture) is back in position after the SUPERCIRCUIT Header is installed.

Proton X50 Turbo Downpipe

Yet another Proton X50 is at our installation bays for the SUPERCIRCUIT turbo downpipe! The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe developed for Proton X50's 1.5 T-GDI removes the restriction and promotes better exhaust flow efficiency for more horsepower and torque!!

The below picture shows how the turbo outlet of the Proton X50's 1.5 T-GDI looks like after the stock downpipe is removed. The stock downpipe is clamped onto the turbo outlet via an exhaust clamp at the top and bolted onto the rest of the exhaust system at the bottom, which can be removed fairly easily.


After removing the factory stock original downpipe from the Proton X50's 1.5 T-GDI (picture above), we put it side by side with the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe (picture below).

The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is desiged to remove the restriction of the catalytic converter and allow a lot better exhaust flow, hence higher engine output can be achieved.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Proton X50 Downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application. No cut or weld is required during the installation.

Toyota 86 UEL Header

Here is yet another Toyota 86 installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Unequal-length (UEL) Exhaust Header here at our installation bays!


In the picture below, the Toyota 86 factory stock original exhaust header & s-pipe (RIGHT) & the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL header & s-pipe (LEFT).

The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL exhaust header & s-pipe is made with larger size 304 stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for optimum exhaust flow.



The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Header & S-pipe wrapped in thermal wrappings are installed to the 4U-GSE/FA20 engine as shown in the picture below. They are designed for direct bolt-on application, no cut or weld is required during the installation process.


The SUPERCIRCUIT unequal-length header shown above is designed with the two primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine, traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from another side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic boxer engine's rumble!
