MINI JCW GP Turbo Downpipe

SUPERCIRCUIT sport downpipe custom made for the 3rd generation Mini John Cooper Works GP is now available!


The 3rd generation Mini JCW GP is probably the fastest and most powerful street car Mini has ever produced, we further improve the performance by removing the restriction of the catalytic converter with the SUPERCIRCUIT sport downpipe shown below. 


The stock 2.0L engine shown below is claimed to have 302HP and 450Nm of torque under the bonnet.


This one-off custom made catless downpipe with full stainless steel is to replace the factory stock Mini JCW GP downpipe for less restriction and better exhaust flow efficiency, hence better performance!!


The SUPERCIRCUIT sport downpipe is bolted onto the turbo outlet of the Mini JCW GP at the front and clamped onto the rest of the exhaust system at the bottom as shown in the pictures below. Just a straight swap, no cut or weld is required.



The above catless downpipe is an one-off custom made project by SUPERCIRCUIT with 304 stainless steel mandrel bent pipings, matched with stainless steel flanges and hand TIG/Argon welded with top notched craftsmanship. The car has to be at our factory for to carry out the above process.

Subaru XV (GT) UEL Headers & Front Pipe

The exhaust headers made for the 2nd generation Subaru XV/ Crosstrek II (a.k.a. XV2) you see below is probably first of its kind in the country - the UEL headers!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Subaru XV (GT) / a.k.a. XV2 Un-Equal Length headers a.k.a. UEL Headers are designed with the two primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from another side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic 'Subaru boxer rumble'!

Also in the picture below is the 'catless' front pipe (can be sold separately or as a whole with the UEL headers).


The SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Headers are made fully from grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges. They are designed for direct bolt-on application and are fully compatible with the Subaru XV2's original cat-back exhaust system! No mod or cut is required during the installation process.

Ferrari F430 Exhaust Headers

We have developed a set of performance exhaust headers for the Ferrai F430. These headers are designed for direct replacement/upgrade for the failure-prone factory headers, they are also lighter, better exhaust flow efficiency for increased performance and durability!


Ferrari F430 factory stock original exhaust headers vs. SUPERCIRCUIT headers. SUPERCIRCUIT Headers are made with larger bore mandrel bent grade 304 stainless steel pipes for durability and better exhaust flow efficienty, then fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application to the Ferrari F430.


The below pictures show how the exhaust ports of the Ferrari F430's 4.3L F136 V8 engine look like after the factory stock headers are removed from the engine.

Honda Civic 2.0 (FD) Exhaust Headers

The tuned-length SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Exhaust Header/ Extractor shown below is designed specially for the Honda Civic 2.0 (FD) with longer primary pipes and secondary pipes that help to create better low-end torque and smoother exhaust flow for extra horsepower!


The factory stock exhauste headers of the Honda Civic FD's K20 engine can be found at the back of the engine bay, just in front of the firewall as indicated in the picture below.


The below picture shows how the exhaust ports of the Honda Civic (FD)'s K20 engine look like, after the factory stock original exhaust headers are removed. Note the stock original metal gasket shown in the picture will be reused during the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT headers.


Comparing both the headers, the SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Exhaust Headers made for the Honda Civic 2.0 (FD) has larger bore tuned length primary pipes and secondary pipes that help to create better low-end torque and smoother exhaust flow for extra horsepower!

Further more, it is made of 304 stainless steel CNC mandrel bent pipes, matched with stainless steel flanges and hand TIG/Argon welded for long lasting performance and top notched craftsmanship.


The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Sport Exhaust Header is bolt-on to the Honda Civic (FD)'s K20 engine as shown in the picture below.


Designed for direct bolt-on application, the SUPERCIRCUIT tuned length exhaust headers is bolted onto the K20 exhaust outlets at the top and 100% compatible with the Honda Civic 2.0 (FD) factory stock original cat-back exhaust system at the other end as shown in the picture below. No mod or weld is required during the installation process.

Mazda MX-5 (ND) Axle-back Exhaust

Thank you very much for the support from the local Mazda MX-5 communities, so we have chance to fabricate and install yet another custom made axle-back exhaust system installed to the 4th generation Mazda MX-5 (ND) here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop's installation bays!



The factory stock Mazda MX-5 (ND) axle-back exhaust system (bottom) VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT custom hand fabricated axle-back exhaust system (top) in full stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and hand TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


The factory stock Mazda MX-5 (ND) axle-back exhaust system (bottom) VS. the SUPERCIRCUIT custom hand fabricated axle-back exhaust system (top) in full stainless steel mandrel bent pipes and hand TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.


This custom made axle-back exhaust system is designed to bolt-on straight to the Mazda MX-5 (ND) and replaces the factory stock original one. No cut or weld is required during the installation process.

Toyota GT86 UEL Header + Front Pipe

We have supplied and installed yet another set of the SUPERCIRCUIT Un-equal Length Exhaust Header + Front Pipe here at our installation bays today. Thank you very much the support!!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Un-Equal Length headers a.k.a. UEL Headers is designed with the two primary pipes from one side of the boxer engine, traveled at different distances to the collector as compared to the other two primary pipes from another side of the engine; causing the exhaust to create the iconic boxer engine rumble!

In the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT UEL Exhaust Header + Front Pipe/ Cat Pipe vs. the GT86 factory stock headers and cat pipe on the right.


This SUPERCIRCUIT Toyota GT86 Headers & Front Pipe is made of larger bore mandrel bent grade 304 stainless steel pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges to remove the restrictions and allow better exhaust flow efficiency i.e. more horsepower & torque!!


Both the plug 'n play SUPERCIRCUIT Headers and Cat Pipe are catless, so they are a lot less restrictive and hence better torque and powerband over the Toyota GT86's factory stock ones.

Subaru WRX (VA) FA20 Turbo Manifold

Featured below is the SUPERCIRCUIT turbo manifold developed for the Subaru WRX (VA) FA20 engine. This model is the first of the WRX line to deviate from the EJ-series engine. It uses the new 2.0-liter FA20F engine, which has direct injection and a twin-scroll turbocharger.


The below picture shows how the exhaust outlet ports look like after the factory stock turbo manifold as well as the turbo unit was removed from the FA20 engine on the Subaru WRX (VA).


In the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT turbo manifold in stainless steel vs. the Subaru WRX (VA) factory stock one.

SUPERCIRCUIT turbo manifold made for Subaru WRX 2.0 (VA) FA20 engine.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Subaru WRX (VA) FA20 turbo manifold is made with larger bore grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes to minimize the restriction for better exhaust flow efficiency and is fully TIG/Argon welded on stainless steel flanges for long lasting performance and durability!


The SUPERCIRCUIT turbo manifold is installed to the Subaru WRX (VA)'s FA20 engine as shown in the picture below. This turbo manifold is designed for direct bolt-on application, no cut or weld is required during the installation process.


The SUPERCIRCUIT turbo manifold can also be wrapped with thermal wraps before installation as shown in the picture below.


The turbo unit is then installed back in place as shown in the picture below after the SUPERCIRCUIT turbo manifold is secured to the FA20 engine block.


On all previous Subaru WRXs (with the EJ-series engine), the turbocharger was located near the right-hand side of the firewall, close to the third cylinder. With the new FA20 engine, Subaru fitted the turbocharger at the front of the car, close to the serpentine accessory belts.

Mercedes Benz E-class Coupe (W213/C238) Downpipe

The SUPERCIRCUIT sports downpipe made for the Mercedes Benz E-class coupe (W213/C238) is designed and fabricated to free up the restriction of the catalytic converterse and for better exhaust flow efficiency, hence higher engine output and a lot more low-end torque!



The factory stock downpipe can be found at the right side of the M264 engine of the Mercedes Benz E-class Coupe (C238), near to the firewall, as indicated in the picture below.


The below picture took from the undercarriage of the Mercedes Benz E-class (C238) shows how the factory stock downpipe, which comes with two huge catalytic converters. We will replace it with the SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe for better exhaust flow efficiency and improved engine output!


In the below picutre, the Mercedes Benz E-class (C238)'s factory stock original downpipe with two huge catalytic converters (TOP) vs. the stainless steel SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe (BOTTOM).


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is made of grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and is fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined stainless steel flanges for direct bolt-on application. No cut or weld is required during the installation.

At the front, the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is clamped onto the turbo outlet of the Mercedes Benz E-class coupe (C238)'s turbo outlet via the original exhaust clamp (shown in the picture below). Just a direct swap, no furhter mod is required.


At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe, it is clamped onto the rest of the Mercedes Benz E-class coupe (C238)'s stock exhaust system (as shown in the picture below).

BMW F30 320i (N13) Downpipe + custom made Cat-back Exhaust

We have supplied a full set of exhaust sytsem for the BMW F30 316i with the N13B16 turbo charged engine here at our installation bays today. This set of exhaust system consists of the SUPERCIRCUIT direct bolt-on downpipe off the shelves and the custom fabricated cat-back exhaust system by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop. 


In the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT catless turbo downpipe in full stainless steel vs. the factory stock downpipe from the N13B16 engine. The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is fully made with larger bore grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and TIG/Argon welded for optimium exhaust flow efficiency!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Catless Downpipe is designed for direct clamp-on to the turbo outlet of the BMW F30 316i (N13B16) engine (as shown in the picture below), just plug 'n play no further modification needed.



At the other end of the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe, it is a slip joint which is connected to the rest of the exhaust sytem (cat-back exhaust system).


This twin tips cat-back exhaust system is fully custom made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.

On the right of the picture is the factory stock original single-tip cat-back exhaust system.


We has supplied a T-flow rear muffler for this custom made twin tips cat-back exhaust system, to match with the rear bodykit for a sportier look and exhaust note!


This twin exhaust tips cat-back system is custom fabricated with full grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and TIG/Argon welded by the master craftsmen here at the SuperCircuit Exhaust Pro Shop.
