Ford Ranger T6 2.2D Downpipe

When it comes to turbo downpipe collections, one has to pay us a visit to the SUPERCIRCUIT Exhaust Pro Shop for its large range of turbo downpipes on display, from the European marques to JDM models, from locally produced national cars to high performance imports and here is one we made for the ever popular double-cab 4x4 pick-up truck - the Ford Ranger T6 2.2D.

The Ford Ranger T6 is the 2.2L Duratec turbo diesel engine as shown in the picture below.

The below picture shows, view from the undercarriage, how the turbo outlet looks like after the downpipe is removed.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe is made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and are fully TIG/Argon welded on CNC machined flanges which are also made with the same grade of stainless steel, for perfect fitment and durability.

The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is designed for direct bolt-on to the Ford Ranger T6 2.2D's turbo outlet and also is fully compatible with the factory stock catback exhaust system (as shown in the pictures below).

Ford Ranger 3.2D Downpipe

Another Ford Ranger 3.2D T6 installed with the SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe.

The SUPERCIRCUIT catless downpipe is made of 2.5" stainless steel CNC mandrel bent pipes and fully TIG/Argon welded. It is specially made for the Ford Ranger 3.2D T6 Duratorq TDCi ("PUMA" P5AT) in-line 5 cylinder engine and is with dyno proven performance.

The factory stock metal gasket is to be reused for the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT Downpipe.

The SUPERCIRCUIT downpipe is designed to bolt-on straight, it is compatible with the factory stock turbo of the Ford Ranger 3.2D at the front and match exactly to the stock catback exhaust system at the back. No modification is required during the installation.
